Hotel Sonamarg inn

The property location is very far from adventure activity and sonamarg market. The Food was served to us was stale, taste less which leads us to food poisoning and stomach infection. The service was not good as per expectations but amenities was all right. The power failure was big issue. So, as my point of view, I do not recommend the this property to visitors.

It was an excellent stay here. I was worried about the hot water, cleanliness and power facilities but this hotel stayed up to the mark in all aspects. I really enjoyed the stay along with my friends. It also has a beautiful view from the windows.

The property is overall good, the food is also nice. Service is satisfactory. Just the location is a little interior

We stayed in sonamarg inn for a night in may 2024. Nice place, very close to the pony rides and tourist action. Neat and clean. The eatery at the premises was also useful.

The view from my room was like heaven and the most amazing part is snow fall ac-cured at that time and it was like just fantastic.

Good location, good views. Good food. But staff is very inexperienced and makes frequent mistakes. We caught them charging us extra. Cleanliness is questionable since bathroom isn't neat and bedsheets are a bit dirty.

Great location. The double deluxe room has great views on two sides. Room is spacious. Toilet is on the smaller side. Staff may respond late to service requests and some are often less experienced at work. But the manager is a very friendly and helpful guy. Room is competitively priced.

Very beautiful location, well behaved staff, clean and full facilities room, river and ice mountain view was seen in my room windows. Thank you to all staff of hotel sonamarg inn.

Room was nice, food was good and best part was view from room was awesome. River is flowing in front of the hotel. Enjoyed stay.

Overall, the experience was not that good because the manager at the desk, mr fayaz was very rude and arrogant, however, the other stuff, including the housekeeping were very courteous and helpful.

Location and property is good. Breakfast was below average property was neat and clean. Service was good.

the property is surrounded by mountains and there is little fountain flowing opposite to property.the manager is extremely helpful. all staffs are cooperative.serene and peaceful location. In house restaurant is also there.highly recommended

Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Only good part about the hotel is the view and the clean rooms. Location is average. Staff's hospitality is very poor. They can question you on using extra bowls in restaurant or going out of the hotel at 6.

Good property to stay with proper facilities and good taste of food delicious one rooms are safely for stay only one problem we can face here is wi-fi problem that is not so big problem
