Average Stay
Location of the Hotel Glacier Height at Sonmarg is good. Food quality is also very good. But the hotel is not maintained properly. Water leakage from tap, Flush not working. Simple cloth is fixed in bathroom window with pins. Coffee sachet is not available.

Hotel stay was excellent! I had to prepone the booking due to pahalgam incident but the hotel staff was very polite. Excellent room was provided and superb breakfast. Thanks to mushtaq bhai and entire hotel staff for the hospitality and support during the stay.

Hospitality 50%, arrogance 100%. We booked room with breakfast but there is no buffet and they will charge you extra. They provide kitchen with no gas and no utensils. They will charge extra for reheating the food. Don't go for the rating as we have done. The hotel is not 2.2km away from dal lake , it takes 30 mins to go there by car.Go for other hotels but not this one ( highly recommended)

The beds have in a spring mattress (the first for 3 weeks of travel-ling in india) the tv has a tata satellite feed, so you can get english and other languages as well as all the indian channels. Thank you very much. The hotel staff from manager to breakfast waiter we’re all helpful and friendly.
