TV non functional. Food just OK. Market 400 meters away. Approac road needs attention. Otherwise, stay comfortable, staff courteous. Over all rating : good.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was far from acceptable. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic hospitality standards were not being met. First, there were no toiletries provided—not even the basics like soap or shampoo. For a hotel that advertises itself as a comfortable and convenient stay, this was very surprising and inconvenient. Worse still, the bedsheet had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been changed or washed properly. It made the entire stay uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene.

Terrible Stay

Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to my hotel because of the adverse weather conditions in Srinagar. It was raining the entire day and we had bikes. I’d made a cancellation request with the property but they told to check with MMT. There was no support from MMT as well.

Out of 18 rooms booked that day, only your booking was marked as a no-show, while all other guests arrived safely, despite the rain. Your cancellation request was made very late in the evening on the same day of check-in, which made it difficult for us to process any last-minute changes, especially since the booking was made through MMT and falls under their cancellation policy. Worst stay ever. The blankets were dusty and bathroom was extremely unhygienic. The photos of the room shown in the listing do not match at all. Also, all the ratings on google maps is fake.

familyWe reached the hotel after 4 hours of driving on a two wheeler. Due to Rain, my wife and daughter were shivering. They made immediate heater arrangements to bring our body temperature to normal and then alloted room. Kashmiriyat at its best. Excellent hospitality. Nice ambience in rooms. Clean and neat. Staff is very supportive and polite. Rooms are equipped with electric blanket and heater. Value for money. One of the best experience we had in our Kashmir tour. recommended for budget travellers.
