I like the location of the property but the amenities and services are average. Overall its value for money.

Infrastructure is good but need to work on their services. Most of the services mentioned on MMT were not provided. Food was yummy. Location is good. The receptionist is very rude and they dont prefer guests who book through makemytrip.

Hotel asked for extra money they took money from us and dined check in we have charged 5500 for check in this is so terrible experience. Hello

The rooms are completely different from what is on the app. Washrooms are pathetic room are not clean washroom is so unclean that we dont want to use the washroom. After checking inn i had the plan of cancellation but your pathetic service says this is non refundable. Thy gave this basic room to us and when i asked for an upgrade thy are saying our premium room are non operational. It shd b mentioned on your app

location during winter/ snow is awesome... but not so co-operative staff.. heaters are turned on and off at their wish.. wtever u pay is for location only....

Apart from the staff everything else about this hotel is appalling. Pathetic linen. Major plumbing issues.

Pathetic, first we were not offered the exact rooms shown on the MakeMyTrip app. Then that third class room didn’t even have a heater. Lastly the room had no hot water supply to it. I paid 5000 for a third class room

All good here. Food options could have been more. Good location and view of thajiwas glacier. Decent basic amenities in terms of soap (very small) n shampoo (1 re. Pouches)

Excellent view from hotel and room also. Staffs are very cooperative. Located of this hotel is very good

Overall stay was ok. It wasn’t worth the money we spent. Services & condition of hotel room wasn’t worth 10k per night. Staff were definitely polite and soft spoken but it wasn’t a star hotel service according to what they charge.

Rooms are decent not what we pay for but i think every hotel is expensive here. Also since construction is going on so no view in back rooms. Food is not good and they had no cold drink to serve. Hotel staff is nice but front doesk is not so much.

The facilities are good. We did our booking through mmt. Did not get room service. Food at the restaurant was ok. The ambience is good. Though there is a bed warmer, it is not enough for cold nights which is usually the case in sonamarg. Ideally there should be room heaters. The hotel staff were polite and helpful

Found it a lil overpriced but it was a decent stay. Electricity was an issue, very frequent outage. Food was good.

It was really a nice experience and I would prefer this hotel to stay. Restaurant is good, whatever the information you need you can get it from reception. The owner of this hotel Mr zaffar is a genuine person and can trust him for more services like transport facilities etc .., overall I can say that anyone can prefer this hotel to stay.
