familyBeing a traveler with my family members it’s quit amazing and outstanding experience for me and my family. We had enjoyed al lot. Hospitality services are at the level. Specially the the foods they served us are so so tasty with the taste buds and not but the least the property is extraordinarily located in an awesome location.

Superb & scenic stay
coupleSuperb stay away from chaos by the river side. The rooms were clean and caretaker and owner were very friendly. Don’t miss to try barbeque here.

Excellent service, beautiful location and clean
familyIt was a memorable stay, picturesque location, excellent staff and service. Hygienic rooms, linen, washrooms and kitchen too. Owner was very hospitable and humble and showed us around the property and local sightseeing. Food was also good. It is a bit far from sonamarg but walking distance from main kangan market. 100% recommended for leisurely stays.

Excellent stay on natures lap
familyLocation is in between sonamarg and srinagar highway i. E. Kangan and the cottage is 100 metres from highway. Connecting roads from highway is worst. But it’s a matter of 1 minute only. Nice hospitality with awesome serene natural beauty beside sindhi river in just 20 steps. Food is good and they need to work on back up facilities. Otherwise everything is superb. You will forget all once you see the morning view.

Good Stay
Water edge is a place with great views but pretty much basic amenities. I would not recommend it to people of old age especially in winters. However, i would like to call out for mr. Azhar the manager/ owner of the place, who was extremely courteous and helpful to the best of capabilities any time of the day.
