Excellent Stay
It is located in prime location and staff is cooperative. Food was amazing. Junior suite and washroom were clean and maintained . I suggest everyone to stay here

Good Stay
This property is located in the prime area of Sonmarg in the foothills of the glacier which is the most important tourist spot. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff also was very courteous and helpful. The lawns were not big bu looked nice. The only drawback was there was lack of choice in food menu in the restaurant. Enjoyed the stay there.

Very bad experience
Hospitality was so.....poor. Breakfast was terrible. No assistance or guidance from hotel staff. Never expected from radison.

Excellent Stay
The Hotel's location is quite good and well maintained. It has a nice view of the valley as well as the mountains. Got a nice place to sit outdoors too. Staff is very polite and responsive. Quality of food is good but can be improved in certain items like breads. Overall a delightful experience

Very small size room
Parking problem & very expensive food rooms are very small in size but ambience view and interior was very good

Excellent Stay
The stay was very comfortable. Hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Food was superbly yummy. I liked the hospitality. The hotel is located at the very beautiful location. The breakfast options was good and kids friendly. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the food. Overall a good and relax stay.

Terrible Stay
Breakfast which included is not good and if you go late to eat bf then most of the stuffs will get finished. Room door will always banged badly and you cannot sleep in the night. Don't eat food in this hotel prefer to eat other hotel. You will end up waste money in breakfast as well as in dinner. Room view is good. Service is also good. Hospitality is also good. If you pay around 7k to 8k then you must expect food must be good. Please book another hotel instead of country inn and this hotel is not following radisson because i have been using radisson since long time and always i left with happy face.

Must try property at sonamarg
soloVery nice property just behind the snow capped mountains. Food is delicious, specially the kashmiri dum aloo. Staffs are welcoming. Good room heating

Very bad for a 5 star property
It’s have been the worst stay in a 5 star property till date. Carpet in the hotel seems like not cleaning ever, no exhaust in bathroom, rooms are dirty, no lift in the hotel. Breakfast is cold & tasteless, they put the breakfast in different casseroles rather than putting in a warm container considering the climate ( even 3 star hotels does that ). Only good thing was the hotel staff, they were courteous!

Poor Stay
Room was not worth the money. Room tariff is over 14000 which does not even includes lunch and dinner. Other services are also way too costly.

Condition of the rooms not good
familyIt was never the feeling of 3 star 5 star it was like normal one star hotel and you will never get the thing on alert they will give you food according to them only

Pathetic hospitality
The cleanliness wasn’t upto the mark. The waiters are rude and treat you like you are staying for free.
