I recently had the pleasure of staying at *Radisson Hotel Sonamarg*, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The location is nothing short of breathtaking—nestled amidst the majestic mountains, offering stunning views from every corner of the property. The rooms were exceptionally well-maintained, spacious, and tastefully designed to reflect a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The housekeeping staff ensured cleanliness and hygiene at all times. The hotel also offered excellent amenities including temperature control, Wi-Fi, and round-the-clock room service. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The restaurant served a variety of dishes, both local and continental, with rich flavors and fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Special mention to the front desk and restaurant team for their impeccable service and courteous behavior throughout our stay.....

great location and hospitality. rooms are big, neat and clean. staff is very helpful and prompt to help. we loved the food here, location is really good to enjoy snow capped mountains and walkable snow point in month of April as well. rates are reasonable if we compare with other hotels that has very minimal space and services in same area. I think this is the best hotel in that area.

familyDue to climate and snowfall we were not allowed to go till sonamarg and didn’t stay at radisson for one day but we are not getting any refund from the hotel or makemytrip and no one is acknowledging the request. In case of natural climatic issue if not allowed refund should be initiated, this is really unprofessional as we lost all our booking amount

family with 2 kidsThe property is completely immune to problems faced by the guests. For us, the roads leading to Sonamarg were closed due to heavy snowfall...we requested transfer of the booking but the same was not honoured

Excellent Stay
Property is excellent. Rooms are too good. Hotel staff was so welcoming. They upgraded us to suite room which is superb with spectacular view. Hotel gm mr. Pandey was very helpful and gave us genuine guidance. Overall i would highly recommend this property.

Bad experience with
My experience with booking a big brand name "radisson hotel" was the worst. Radisson sells his brand name and charges too much but actually the value we are getting is much less than an ordinary or you can say low 1, 2* hotel. Please find below list of my bad experiences- 1. Radisson sonmarg is situated in a location where actually no one can drive or even it's not easy to walk. Means, there was no road where this hotel is actually located. Even an average hotel located on the roadside. 2. Hotel management is not so cooperative. If a family member has kids then they require id proof of each member, if the kids are 5 years old. 3. If you call a hotel restaurant for food items then they always come with a bill and ask you to sign first and not provide you any carbon copy at that time. 4. Room service response time is also very poor. It took much time to resolve the issue. 5. Some things make me feel very weird. And i think a normal hotel can also have such simple things like a good spacious green 6. Last but not least, the food quality also gets compromised. My 2 family gets i'll after taking this food.

familyOur stay at raddison hotel was good they should have more variety in their all three times meal and the rooms should be more hygienic and they should work on their room maintenance. The location was good it was near thajiwas glacier.

Amazing stay, the staff were excellent. The approach road can be improved. But the room, the view and the staff at the hotel made it an excellent stay.

4. Food was not up to the quality. Very limited breakfast items and none of them has taste. From radisson brand perspective this could have been better. Food had lot of oil as well.

Not suitable for radisson title
Poor as the way to hotel from main road is only for horse not for vehicle and pedestrian. The 900 metres from main road is only suitable for horse
