Green Top Resort

Nice location. Staff was very helpful. Food was scrumptious. Value for money. Nice lawn and amazing view.

The stay was not at all comfortable. No proper supply of food and drinking water. The service was too slow and lack of attendant to help the guests. Not at all recommended to stay in this property. Nothing as such noticed to be called this place as a resort.

from the day one the staff helped us lot when ever required. The staffs are very polite and the greetings experience also really good. special thanks to Mr Danish for taking care of us.

My Stay was excellent at green top hotel with nice breakfast and very cooperative staff. Location of the hotel is on the pahalgam mall road which makes it very easy to walk around.

The hotel is situated right on the main road with the beautiful snow capped mountains all around. The breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and helpful. All in all a great stay.

I am sorry to point out that the property pictures shown is deceptive as we were made to stay at a location which was entirely different. We were told that some repairing work is going on. Food was horrible.

Our stay was good if I exclude few things . • No water bottles provided in room when we checked-in. • Telephone in room never worked. • No soap and toiletries provided in room.

rooms were small cleanliness was average bathrooms were neither clean nor working properly no menu available for dinning ( only fixed buffet was available that too very expensive) room heating system was good overall average stay.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The best part of the rooms was the view of the mountains. Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Overall, a completely value for money package.

horrible experience hotel was worst stain marks on bed bedsheet was not clean. they will show some other rooms n while check in they will tell it's sold out n gave us worst rooms which is not even worth 500 rs. staff was rude and was torturing us to stay in the room which they will provide.
