Heater was automatic so in the night time face little bid problem

The property is well maintained and has amazing views. It’s clean and the staff is very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at the property.

Very close to Gandola, just walkable distance, staff is extremely polite and friendly specially at there restaurant, rooms were very clean with beautiful view. Will definitely recommend for your visit to Gulmarg.

The location is very good. There was snow all around the hotel. The rooms are of good size and the complete hotel is temperature controlled so it’s very cozy inside the hotel. The staff is very courteous and always keen to assist with a smile. The quality of food needs improvement. The variety is limited and taste is also not that good but you have nothing to go out for. Worth the money spent.

Friendly staff, good service, very clean room & toilets. Dinner. Good location (walking distance to gondola start point & beautiful surroundings. Food was salty, not recommended for low salt eaters. It might be that we were unlucky that chef added. More in each dish. Overall it was was pleasant stay.

It was a great stay at the rosewood hotel. The location of the hotel in the gulmarg valley is best. The hotel hygiene, cleanliness, food was very good. The service and behavior of the staff is exceptional and i will definitely stay here again when i visit next time!

We loved our stay here. Located in very beautiful surroundings, peaceful, not crowded. Good food. Helpful staff. Good service. Hotel is cozy and warm inside. Hot water always available. Great place to stay in sub zero temperatures.

It was my second stay in Rosewood stayed in first week of February. Excellent heating system, great location, excellent food. Staff at reception lack warmth and hospitality.

Staff was terrible hardly anyone smiles especially on reception. The room shown of MMT are not like real rooms. Housekeeping was like none instant in the hotel. Food too was terrible. Glasses were stinging. Prices are much higher than the kind of service they provide. It's absolutely not valued more money hotel. But it's location is awesome.

The Hotel was very average. The property has cluttered rooms. And The food is below average. Room service is very slow. Only plus is The view.

Had a good impression of The Hotel based on The internet ratings. But the reality is quite different. Right from The entrance, one can See The untidy upkeep of The property. The garbage and waste sacks were heaped at The entrance through out our 2 days stay there. Tables were not cleaned at The breakfast place/area. Staff is ok but quite laid back.
