The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in nature. The rooms were very good, clean, and spacious, and the toilets were also very clean and hygienic, which we really appreciated. The service staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist — their hospitality made our stay even more comfortable. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel in kashmir. the hospitality was exceptional—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. the food was flavorful, with a great mix of local and continental dishes. the location struck the perfect balance: peaceful surroundings with easy access to popular attractions. a must-stay for anyone traveling to kashmir special thanks to abid and imran for their amazing hospitality thank you so much

Stay is like homely good food and good service.

Rooms & Bathrooms are very clean. Heating system was extraordinary with inbuilt heater in bed.Food was delicious. But Shower water was very bad. All over our stay was nice only.

I am writing the sincere review for this property, property was very beautiful its in between the apple gardens, the mountain view was amazing in the morning, i was accompanied by kids, they also have kids playing area like badminton indoor games chess, they can also make arrangement for bonfire, food was amazing, they also upgraded our room for free. Highly recommended. Ok

Gulmarg palace is the best place for stay in gulmarg. Staffs are very co operative and awesome. Rooms are very good. Every room has bed warmer. Food was awesome. Inspite of eid holiday they had arranged very good dinner for us. Nice to visit

I had stayed for two days and one night in this "hotel", actually it cannot be said as hotel, it's an homestay. Some of the facilities written above is fake and useless. For example, the kitchen : it is of no use for the people living there, it is just there to make the list longer. And the second thing is kettle facilities: many hotels give us complementaries like milk powders, coffee packets and kettle. You will not find any of these there. My experience was ruined when I got to know that early morning the owner used to cut off the intercom facilities and managed the switching on and off of lights and gyser, and when we questioned them they simply denied and made excuses. Servicing was not nice at all and to the people who will be going to that "hotel" , please rethink your choices. thank you

Avg stay, old property, only 2 choices in breakfast and that too not good. The owner is supportive but the property is homestay and old.

not worth for what paid . I paid & walk-in for same room . hotel is 2 star with poor staff, lack of amenities and no food options. very rude reception staff. I was asked to wait saying that they don't have any confirmation and after 20 minutes they said ok. looking at booking difference was shocked for same room for 1 day stay. not recommended at all. totally disappointed 😞

Gulmarg palace is literally like another home, i've never been to a better place so far, they treated me so well, the staff was very kind and helpful, they seemed professional, by far the best hotel in tangmarg that i've been to. They also made arrangements for the sehri for me, it was very heart touching to see because no other hotel would do it for me for free. Book this property without hesitation, highly recommended

rooms are cozy, toilet door broken, toilet window broken, food quality worse. No room heater available. No electric cattle available in the room. Got food poisoned after eating food. Very pathetic experience with this high price.

It’s not a hotel but a home stay without any hotel facility. Hygiene is very poor. Rooms are not properly maintained but charges of the rooms are equivalent to any good hotel which is not reasonable.

Very professional host, guided nicely about dos and don’ts as tourist. Property very nice on the highway nice scenic view. Dinner was cooked on prem kitchen and food was delicious
