Staff was very cooperative....rooms were neat and clean... i personally suggest to go there and stay...

This property can only be used for keeping your luggage and going for Darshana it’s a very old needle to be renovation... staffs are friendly and but hotel ratings is average

Rooms were clean and spacious but not very well maintained. No lift not on road, not accessible directly by car. You need to walk inside narrow lane. Not at all value for money

They have a very good staff, they have guided us also on every step to keep our trip smooth, also the rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Very good experience nice rooms clean bathroom and staff is very supportive it was very plea-sent stay in etiler. The food is also ok. Staff of the hotel is cooperative. This hotel is near to market area and many restaurants, atm etc. It is almost 300 meters from katra bus stand.

Rooms are clean, friendly staff, food is nice, even situated at good location where medical, groceries, shopping are at walking distance

Room was spacious but lack of basic things like soap, shampoo, etc. Few electrical switchs was not functioning properly.

When i reached hotel there was no vacant room $ they ask me to settle in another hotel.

Nice and comfortable stay here!!! All staff are really polite and generous, also hotel location is really good not far from katra main bazar… so came and enjoy ur stay!!!

The owner behavior was not good. My booking was with breakfast and owner denied the same. He did not provide the breakfast.

Worth for the price, very humble hosts, clean rooms, tidy bathrooms, overall a wonderful stay. Would recommend for all.

Mmt showed it booked successfully, however, hotel denied booking. Also, no refund till yet. Big scam

The interior is amazing, from reception to room & really well maintained at this price, and location is also good, near to the katra railway station, marketplace, actually it's just located by the main road. And the service was also good, the only issue was power cut frequently, but yes, there is a generator, but with generator, ac wouldn't work, but their climate is good, so i didn't face any such challenges, and the food was incredible, rice, roti, paneer, snack and everything, at 70 so many pieces of sandwich and it's so delicious. I love this place overall.

Unprofessional staff and totally non co-operative. Faced following issues: NO TOILETRIES WERE PROVIDED, like dental kit, tissue roll. FLUSH BROKEN and STAINED ON TOILET SEAT. TOWELS WERE GIVEN AFTER MAKING 3-4 REQUEST AND 20-25 MINS LATE. TOILET ROLL WAS NOT PROVIDED, INSTEAD OF IT PACK OF TISSUE PAPERS WERE GIVEN. we ordered tea, cups were not washed properly. worst part was the manager or owner attitude who doesn't want to greet guest. NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL
