I see average hotel because the property is not so clean and blankets. Bedsheets and bathrooms are not properly. Clean. Literally blankets are many time used do not washing and itching also in your body.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.i went with family and they have no consideration.rooms are worst quality.

Water leaking taps, Smelly blankets, unprofessional treatment to guests, Cleaning items like broom,pocha etc lying open right in front of room with foul smell

Staff very cooperative and hotel is clean.Room service was fine. Location is very nice and nearest to Niharika.

Property is in terrible state, washroom was smelling like hell, they do control when you can have geyser water

The property location is nearer to the bus stand, main square, katra main bazar and everything. Rooms need to be maintained very clean.

Very friendly staff bishir bhai is very good and his boat riding and shikara skills are really impressive the food was also excellent will suggest to my friends too and will stay in same property whenever i’ll visit next time. Dome

My stay at Green View Hotel was highly disappointing. The hotel lacks basic facilities, including food services. The blankets provided were of extremely poor quality—torn, unwashed, and unhygienic. When I requested a replacement, the staff member refused, which added to the unpleasant experience. The room itself was infested with cockroaches, making the environment unhygienic and uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no lift available for the upper floor, which can be a major inconvenience if you are carrying luggage. Overall, the service quality was subpar, leaving me with the impression of a poorly managed establishment. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like staying in a dharamshala than a hotel.

toilet was below than average… no lift facility was there.no meal facility was provided.somebody who is coming from vaishno devi yatra of 14-14 km he deliberately needed lift in the hotel but unfortunately there was no lift facility in the hotel.. not satisfied with the facilities at all…

यादगार पल थे वहा रुकना बालकनी से पहाड़ का व्यू बहुत अच्छा लगा🌳🌴🏝️🏕️ बाजार पास मे ही था.. होटल में रुकने का अनुभव अच्छा रहा🤗

The room, i stayed, was very good. Amenities were very nice. Room was spacious. Room service was excellent. Food was very good, hygienic. It looks like i m eating at home. Location of the hotel is very good. It is in main katra bus stand.

Everything was good, just they need to pay attention on cleanliness and hygiene of washroom and room little bit more. Staff was cooperative and well behaved.

Amenities is not good and for very basic amenities, you have to remind even like shop water etc, they also not interested to give bill for that they have changed already gst and billing person is also very inexperienced

Hotel was good with good scene of mata vaishno devi track. They provide towel and soap and room with balcony as seen in image. Location is very good and in the main market of katra near niharika bhawan. Rate is also very cheap. Service we only ordered water and that has been delivered. Basically of want hotel under budget of rs 2000 and just want basic service no fancy it's good. I found no problem. Bathroom mat should be changed.

Decent stay, no fuzz, simple traditional indian hotel with only basic essentials. Ideal for people who want to rest and keep luggage before heading to bhawan and changing and resting after return
