The windows were not closing, heater was not working due to power outage, the slipper thyr kept was un clean, sheets and pillows were unclean with some wierd stains in it

It is just manageable, there is neither wardrobe nor heater in the room

The hotel is average based on my service experience. The linens were clean but they were torn very badly which felt embarrassing in front of my family. Also the staff was not very supportive as they were reluctant to provide a single drop to the railway station which was part of my booking and i had to argue a lot with them to get the service.

This hotel is one of the most pathetic i have ever seen. This hotel had terrible notice and toilets are stinking kindly listen to the sound carefully

At the time of booking it shows that there is complimentary pick up and drop at helipad katra from its hotel. But when i asked to drop me at helipad katra, the hotel official has denied to drop and pick up from helipad katra. I told them that at the time of booking it was written but they refused, and they have also not informed me about the not providing pick and drop service well in advance. I have hired an auto in emergency and reached the helipad katra to board the helicopter. However, the room was cleaned, and kitchen service was good, no negative remarks on hotel accommodations. At the time of booking, the hotel shows that there is complimentary pick up and drop service from its hotel to helipad katra. But when i asked them to drop me with my family to helipad katra, the hotel official has denied to give the service of complimentary pick up and drop service. They also not informed me the same well within the time. I have hired an auto in emergency to board the helicopter.

Hotel team is very courteous and supportive. Though the hotel is average but at the end, we left with content and calmness

Rooms are clean and supportive staff. Only one problem is no lift. Banganga is 700 meter by walk.
