It was very nice to go there, the conversation was very good, the guidance was good and the service was also very good I have some suggestions, please first get a lift installed and secondly maintain the property a little more

one of the worst hotel I have visited ever ,no one was there in reception to recive us , poor quality of rooms , dirty bed sheets , I will request every traveller kindly don't opt for this hotel even it's free, very horrible even also should remove these kind of hotels from its platform.

Lack on hospitality. Hotel employees rude behaviour. Not very hygienic. No lift. We booked room for three adults instead of giving 3 single bed he gave 1 double bed & 1 mattress. Bill was overcharged on checkout for the tea, food ordered. Property not recommended. Worst experience of booking done by make my trip.

No good response from hotel. V have booked for 10 adult v have got place for 7 adult

Not recommended for couples or family. Rooms very badly maintained. Ac working only at one speed. Only one water bottle was given during two days stay. The bed sheets were dirty. Seemed not changed since a week.

overall a good stay however Hotel should include following at the earliestthere is no lift and it becomes difficult to climb stairs after yatra of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi jibed sheets were having holes so those should be brought new towels were not dully dried besides the above three points overall a good stay and helpful staff

Hopeless hotel with awful food. Not worth staying. Services are not good. Highly unsatisfied. Service staff attitude is also not good.

House keeping of this hotel is very poor as I found many cockroaches in my room and after doing the tiring Vaishno Devi Yatra that s the last thing you want to see in your room

Terrible staying experience, loose some trust on mmtc also that they have such hotels in their folio. Ac / geaser all are available but not working when line/ power is not there so not connevted with generator, power failure is too frequent, no lift, stairs are too sharp heighted, room services are too bad, pillow cover bed covers are very dirty and stincky, in short all is bad except room size

The very first day the room was not good. But after the first night they changed the room. The other room was ok. The bathroom was also ok.

They can improve on the cleaning their rooms as there were lots of flies in room. Smell of cigarettes was a lot had to keep exhaust on. Staff was friendly and service was good. Overall it expensive for what we got.
