Good Stay
The hotel was located slightly away from the main road and a bit inside from the station, but the overall stay was super good. The staff was extremely cooperative and went out of their way to assist us, even during midnight.

Excellent Stay
I visited with my entire family, and our experience staying at this hotel was excellent. The rooms and washrooms were very neat and clean. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit for the darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi. A perfect place to stayโcomfortable, clean, and welcoming.

Easy to travel with make my trip the view from hotel is outstanding all the mountains are visible i am satisfy with it

Good Stay
Hotel was ok but some of the facilities were not there had to told them time to time to look into it like flush tank not working they gave us room which was not cleaned.

very bad experience
The experience was very bad, the food was terrible. When we complained they said that they had brought from outside dhaba. neither the gyser was working. neither socket points were working and the light was also cut from night till next day morning.

Very good
Clean & good environment for family. Staff behavior was also good. But some time faced problems with gps while coming to the hotel. But trip was overall good.

The hotel is about 4km from the railway station. There is a narrow lane of about 300m leading to the hotel. Took a while in finding the hotel because they also have a different name for it. Food from the hotel is alright although there is not much choices. The hotel is more or less clean. But the surrounding area is very dirty. The bathroom cleanness is average. Facilities like geaser and drinking water(they provided 2 bottles of drinking water per day) is available all the time. The hotel staff were cooperative and supportive.

Pleasent stay at hotel
Hotel staff and the owner is very polite and nice person. Food quality is also good. Location is near to bus stand and hotel owner will arrange the cab in case of requirement.

Location of the property wasn't good and no conveyance was available. When we checked ac wasn't working and intact no water in flush.
