it's my first trip to mata vaishno and i feel amazing experience. hotel is at best place near to mata dham. and hotel staff is very helpful and humble.

Very pathetic stay, dim light, no wifi, ac poor, ckeaning and hygiene very poor not expected these kind of listing at make my trip

Poor hospitality and ac is not efficient, toilet not hygienic, staff not cooperating, not extend period

Very large, spacious room, and wash room also big and clean. Not a feature of many hotels in big towns. Homely feel, go by walk to banganga. Counter2 near by. Food is good. Comfortable stay

Near yatra parchi counter no.2 . Good hill view. it is situated near niharika bhawan approx 1km. At hotel roof hill view is very good. Night view of path is very pretty.

Staff behaviour was very good. Breakfast (paid) was also good. They can slightly improve in hygiene.

Locationnis good, walking distance from banganga post. For shopping it is recommended to go to main market. Hotel staff is friendly and cooperative. However, mmt chargws higher than the local rates.

The hygienic hotel with excelle

There is no electricity in hotel I stayed there 3 night and I had face daily 3/4 hours electricity issue

Location is near by bus stand and railway station, and also near (short root) yatra location . Hotel staff behaviour are so good and Hotel room clean and good Condition. Thank you hotel “ Dev Bhoomi ” in katra for your all service.

We reached by 3am but they give a good accodamacon coffee at that time on our request it is good place go with family

Very bad experience. Over all very bad hotel.
It was a very bad experience, there were cockroaches in room and bathroom. Service was nearly zero, bathroom shower was not working, water in tap was too slow.

I like its clearness. I dislike his room service, it's not well.
