AC was not working. Downgraded then from a deluxe room to a normal room with nominal rate deduction. Owner was adamant on charging same price even though staff himself was saying that he is overcharging and that had to suffer a lot

The room was neat, clean with good amenities. Our room had some issues initially but they immediately upgraded us. Overall no issues and definitely worth staying

I booked this hotel from mmt 3 rooms for one night without bf/dinner. very expensive while u can get the same hotel same room to visit directly to the hotel per night with food. Hotel is good but try to avoid online Booking.

I booked two delux room. rooms are specious and neat nd clean services are also very good nd food quality is very nice thank you🙏

They provide no breakfast even after charging that much amount

Hotel Fragrance in Katra is a good place to stay. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is convenient. However, the food needs improvement. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, and I would recommend it.

Hi, i have booked “the fragrance” hote. The hotel is located bit far and at the back of courtyard. What i feel, it’s a new hotel and there are many improvements needed e. G. Lift is not there which could cause issues for elder people if they need to go to 3 floor. Second, there was leakage in bathrooms. Third, no cabs/cars of hotel to at least drop client to darbar gate. Fourth, restaurant- you have to wait at-least 40, 45 mins to get your meal if planning to eat from there. Staff also need bit of training. So, overall average rating for the fragnance. In same money, you can get some more good hotel in katra. Thnx

I have to pay an extra amount for bed. As the double bed was not sufficient for 3 people
