While the room size was quite decent, the cleanliness was far below standard. The bedsheet had holes, and basic amenities were missing. We had to call and request everything—literally everything. It was unclear whether the listed room inclusions were even considered during preparation, as essential items like toiletries, towels, and water bottles were not provided.

Property location is good. Very near to station and vaishno devi start point. Very near to main bazar. All the employees are very polite and they care about the families.

In our recent trip to SMVD we stayed in this hotel for 5 days . Everything was amazing ... amazing hotel amazing location very nice staff amazing food .. very honest staff ... we forgot for IPad stylus they made efforts and sent it to our location in Kanpur .

It was an average hotel to stay for a decent price. Food was good we have ordered grilled sandwich, aaloo pratha, fresh lime soda and cold coffee everything was good. Location is also perfect and staff was also humble.

Although the stay was good and hotel is well maintained and service is good. Only gap found in amenities they give at that part they needs improvement.

Room is very big and neat and clean, nearby Katra Railways Staion. Good restaurants are available nearby hotel. Room service is very poor, despite called no one serve drinking water.

The room was dirty. No toiletries were provided. Had to call them every time for small small things. 1. No drinking water in the room. Had to ask them for this. 2. No towels in the bathroom. 3. No soap, face-wash in the bathroom. 4. No hairdryer. When asked to for these things, they said they only provide soap and that too when someone asks. Lastly, the food was pathetic. Chilli pannier was more than pathetic only vinegar taste came there and paneer's taste was stale very hard. Returned 2 items immediately as the taste was very bad. I would suggest not to opt for this hotel. Don't know why this hotel has 4 star hotel.

Stay was good with good room service we have visited katra in the end of may very hot condition but it is good that centralised acs are working through out the stay

That first room is given its wc some one used. Another room which they given in washroom tiles are not fixed. Food which order also not good to kuch salty

Poor food, washrooms stink, transportation from hotel are either one place in complete stay that too if you fit in single cab else take your own cab. Also only drop they give. Price vs services are very poor
