Very terrible smell all around the hotel. Wifi connection was poor Swimming pool was dirty Attended are cheating if you take tour from them to Kashmir. Food was pathetic. Chairs in the lawn not comfortable

So stayed here for 2 nights Location - best amazing view from window will attach some photos of view also. Amenities - Everything was good just television had very few channels unlocked and it was not smart tv so didn't have a choice. Booked this hotel specially for the Swimming pool but my bad luck on both my days the swimming pool was under maintenance and cleaning. Services - Services were great, greetings and behaviour was good. Food - Everything else was great but food quality needs an upgrade rest assured everything was great, just needs an upgrade for food quality specially chinese section. Overall it was a great experience. I will rate it 4/5 stars.

good neat clean. hotel has to work more on room services like slipper provide food and breakfast items and taste . swimming pool needs to be well maintained for both bigger ones and no water in kids pool . but overall all things good as per price .

Property is conveniently located, hardly 1 km from the Ticket / pass counter. The food was freshy prepared and taste was fine. However, the room conditions was not good. The rooms were smelly. The curtains were visibly dirty. The hotel had adequate parking space.
