Hotel little bit away from the mall Road of Shimla and if you are ready for this one fact than it is good hotel for you. I went their with my own vehicle. Breakfast was good, view from the balcony was fantastic, staff was good, sufficient space for parking. So overall it was a good deal.

Will never prefer to any one for this hotel, first of all this is not a hotel, these are apartments. They are saying 4 star but no facility as 4 star.

Superb experience

We reached late due to traffic jam but after reaching the hotel we realized that we have taken good decision. Room was very much pretty and completed with fine quality of interior work. Location is little bit far from main Shimla so the place is very peaceful. Chirping sound of birds and cool breeze makes the atmosphere more likeable. Loved the place, food and the team managing all this. Managing team is doing a really good job.

It was an awesome stay with Spangle height. First my room view was just beautiful and serene second the room was Worth a price and cleanliness they did was ok. Overall I have a memorable stay I hope to come again here and hope to See this same as maintained.

People who love peaceful and close to nature location love our place. Please check the address properly before processing the booking next time. It s a request.

Even though it is definitely a home away from home the only limitation being it is situated about 6kms from the mall Road thus the fares charged by the taxis cost one way which is high. The local bus service is available right from outside the hotel which cost around less than their services, head but they are a bit crowded. About the hotel helpful manager, tasty and good quality food. Staff is courteous. We took a deluxe room and it was quite spacious with 2 bathrooms, a hall with sofa cum bed, a kitchen with tea coffee maker. The awesome and serene view from the balcony. Very peaceful. They are constructing a swimming pool as well. Enough parking space available. No nearby chemists so make sure you carry your own stock or get it from Mall Road.

Most pathetic and terrible hotel experience

I do not recommend this property to anyone and I don't know how this property is still in business. They do not provide a room service even if you want to order something for which you will pay, it depends on their staff or captain whether they will serve you anything or not, it was like a Dharamshala where to get cutlery was a big thing and a favor they have done on us and staff is rude, arrogant and doesn't care what the guests need. If you are traveling with your own servant for all the needs then only book otherwise there are ample of good reliable and affordable hotels available nearby.

Dear guest, we as a hotel follow general rules which almost all the hotels follow. First of all outside food is not allowed, still we provided cutlery for same out of courtesy. We have room service on limited menu. We do not have 24 hours room service and we have mentioned nowhere. We have limited room service menu which we provide in normal hours.

The place is located away from the main town in a serene location and very quite. The place was very clean and spacious. We stayed in 1 BHK deluxe apartment. Bathroom was well equipped with all necessary toiletries. Overall a good place to stay.

Rooms are great with Valley view. Breakfast was not that great. Location is a bit far from Shimla mall Road, about 20 mins. One bhk rooms have ample space Room service is just fine.

Dear Guest, Thanks for the feedback. Our hotel is just 6 kms from Mall Road, and nowadays guest are looking forward to something like this only as Mall Road is overly crowded all the time. People do love places which are close to nature, Beautiful and Peaceful. 20 mins drive is the cost for that. We'll try to improve our Breakfast menu as mentioned by you. Please visit us again.

Hopeless hotel

First of all its not a hotel. It is more of an home stay. They don't have room service for lunch and dinner. There was no electricity in the room for whole night and the response from management was that the generator makes too much noise so they didn't turn it on. There is no escalation process and even make my trip is not of any help.

They provide a studio apartment. Internet was not working. They don't have any lawn to sit and enjoy weather. Cafeteria offers basic food. Indoor games are for the sake of name only.

The stay and housekeeping was really good. The only thing that was annoying is the food. And the best thing is mesmerizing view from our room's balcony.

Not happy with the stay. Overpriced for the value

Rooms are. Ok, the worst thing is that they do not provide room service and this causes problem for people who are on trip to relax. Everytime had to go to restaurant which was far. Service is extremely poor.
