good stay with good food best for a family of ten members ready for a party life all set for vacation

Good property, friendly and helpful staff. Good and comfortable Rooms, The fire place really made the room cosy, love it. My kid enjoyed the cycles, and especially the pony rides (provided by Mr. Babu) at the property..

Savoy stay was excellent, starting from a heritage property, scenic beauty around, comfortable rooms, very clean , great hospitality services by each staff at the room , restaurant, reception desk, security service. Above all the quality of food throughout was good , breakfast spread , dinner too was worth it. Personal care was given and some preferred food was made for us meeting our exceeding expectations .

Food was average and rooms also need more amenities. Staff is very cooperative. Overall it was nice to have stayed there .

Where we choose the room outside balcony was not cleared and they gave room key without cleaning the balcony dishes and plats where left outside only even after information them... location is okie, but services not upto mark...

The Savoy hotel at Ooty has been a marquee property for decades .It truly justifies the Taj Group tag.An excellently maintained old property,it has a great set of people....right from the security guards to bell boys,housekeeping staff and ofcourse the executive staff.We had an excellent two night stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this property, all facilities are available inside the room. The food we can’t explain, it was above the mark we expected, it was delicious and awesome.

The rooms and other stuff were good but the quality of food,let it be buffet or a la carte or room service the quality was very bad and was extremely overpriced. breakfast buffet was not great either.

The stay in hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Food was the minus point. The taste of food was not consistent. Can add some more activities. The staff should be more knowledgeable.

It was the best decision to stay at Savoy. While it might look slightly expensive, it is worth every penny they charge. The services are really good and every member of hotel staff ensures that you are taken care of. Complimentary services like breakfast, room foot treatment, bonfire and room fire place makes it worth it. The hotel is really beautiful but make sure to book nothing lower than deluxe category.
