The property location is really superb with a wonderful view of the sea. Could have a fantastic sunset experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The comfort level of the room can definitely improve.

The huts are not well maintained

this was an amazing experience of luxury property like red thread. near to ocean / beaches / parties. awsm.👌. very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially dawn. i would highly recommend. very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I had stayed here in past with friends, this time i decided to go with my boyfriend. Stay was not as pleasant as last time. Through out the day they had head banging loud music playing from neighboring place romeo and love. It just killed the entire beauty of the place. The breakfast was good though not lavish but good for price of 400 for two. Room service was sad. Called them thrice to check the ac as it was not cooling. Unfortunately or fortunately the place is shutting down in a month and moving to morjim. I am hoping this time service and nearby surroundings will be good.

overall the room needs to be renovated. bathroom looks worn out. food options very limited. location is very tricky and difficult to reach. the view from the room was decent at best.
