Rooms and exterior is good but no room service and restaurant staff and food below average. Budget friendly

Good arrangements. Very peaceful place to stay

Good budget rated hotel. However cleaning and services can be improvised. Staff support was good. Room space: 3/5 bathroom: 2. 5/5 bed: 2. 5/5 staff: 4/5 lobby: 2/5 food: 3/5 hygiene: 2. 5/5 ac&fan:2. 5/5 one can opt for this hotel if they want to romeo around in goa for whole day and just want to come back for sleep at hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. But the hotel is quite old, the rooms smelled, the bed was spring bed and the wardrobe was also smelling foul. But overall the hotel is good. We paid 5k+ but didn't find it worth it.

1. Rooms were dirty and shabby. 2. Bathroom was not clean 3. Towels and blankets were stained. 4. They failed to provide simple dental kit, told it was over. 5. Parking is not adequate, they told me to park along the way someone hit left side of my car in the night and it got scratched and dented. 6. Food was good, staffs were polite.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

worst property, rooms , swimming pool, reception were terrible. no parking discipline. had to spend 1 hour to take out my car.

Location is good near to candolim beach. Rooms are old but spacious. Food are really bad so avoid food. For stay good within budget. Good parking space for your vechile.

A few staff members were not treating the guests as their customers and talking rudely. One old aged person sitting at the counter was very negative and embarrassing. Other than that this is an average hotel to stay.

The accomodation was very cost-effective and got the prompt services. The receptionist sunita madam was very polite and provided the best packages possible for an extra-energizing sports and recreational adventures. The food as well as the ambience was well beyond one can expect. I am definitely visiting it again! thank you and keep it up!

One bhk in old buildings was allotted with old & poorly maintained furniture. Services were also very bad. Rates charged by make my trip were extremely high in comparison to the stay

After entering in the reception, they denies about our bookings and conveyed that it has been cancel-led and conveyed to mmt. I told them that booking was exist and no cancellation message has been received by me then after some time they offered me a room. Otherwise property was good and food is also nice. Cost was reasonable and qty of food is also sufficient. . Property is basically a service apartment type. It is specious and nearby candolim beach. Breakfast has options. Overall my stay was nice. Apart from the first incident, i recommended the staying.

This hotel is a bigger cheater. Do not waste your hard earned money. Don't go by pics of the hotel. Very poor management rooms are full of smells. Please please please stay away from this hotel.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. Had a delay in flight which lead us to check in late at night. The room was clean and tidy. Typical for a family stay. A kitchenette was attached with the room and equipped with electric kettle and tea was complimentary. Toilet was clean and spacious. Nice balcony. Reasonably priced room. The buffet breakfast had omelet and toast, idly, vada, fruits for us. A solid 4 out of 5.

It is one of the best hotel i've seen. I was thinking "how the hotel would be " but later when i saw hotel, staffs and their service is good and it's couples friendly. I suggest everyone to try this hotel experience
