The hotel room was not clean. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed it stinked. And it was mentioned on-site parking but there was parking only for 1 car

I booked the hotel through MMT and my choice was very good and I am happy to stay there. The location is very good but just 15 minutes walking from the Mall road. I saw the Kanchanjunga view from my room and it was so beautiful. Food quantity is ok and it's totally Veg . Amenities and services are also good. If you want a peaceful location and good scenery you can book the hotel it's a value for the money. The property location is good with beautiful scenery but it's 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the Mall road but you can see a nice Kanchanjunga view from the hotel's room . Food is also good with full veg items.

Good Stay
We booked kanchunjanga suites, spacious modern rooms and washroom. Contemporary decor, clean n comfortable stay. Big french windows with great mountain view. Thankfully they also have elevator. Good veg food, we tried indian n chinese. 1 lost point - no ice, no tandoor and they had only 1 cot / stand for extra bed, we needed 2.

very bad experience,roo. quality was also not good at this price. we got late for breakfast just by 30 mints they didn't serve the breakfast even I was ready to pay extra.

familyLocation is near to mall road. Hotel interior is nice & mountain view from the hotel. They upgraded my room also. Hotel is kids family. And provided room heater also. Over all value for money.

Room is quite spacious & you will nice view of the hill& city. Room service is quite satisfactory. People are very humble & punctual. Specially room boy cheddar is very good. Food is also good.
