Review Of Nexstay Aromiaa Villas -Baga

Good place, excellent breakfast and clean rooms. Rooms were spacious, good parking space. Safety was good. Pool was clean.

Hotel was good also the staffs were nice and polite.

Rooms are so clean and tidy. There breakfast options and taste both were good. We booked for one night because for other days they were sold out. I would have love t continued there but no rooms availability. Book it because its worth every rupees.

Location of place is nice, easily reachable to all areas, rooms are nice and spacious, room service is fast and best of all all staffs are really really helpful

Premium rooms are not like premium rooms seepage in rooms, messy washrooms. Food can be more better

No room service done in this 3 days prior i told the team of room service they always told aarahe h but no one visit for room service last 3 days

The location is good. Baga beach is very near. Food options outside villa are good. Property is good, rooms are ok. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Food is very poor. Service os zero.

The location was good. Quality of breakfast is good. Staff was good. Sometimes faced hot water problem as the geyser was not working properly.

Aromiaa villas- beautiful, lush green property but people managing it ruined our experience with their unprofessional behaviour or lack of business acumen. We reached on 27 th jean at 09:00 am morning, they have rooms available but they were stubborn that the check in time is 02:00 pm. We booked 2 premium rooms but was given 1 deluxe room because we wanted both our rooms to be together. Breakfast included in the package was so pathetic that after day 1 we never went for breakfast. Another incident that was set back, when we reached for breakfast at 10:32 am and they refused to serve as it was till 10:30 am.

Hotel was good but receptionist were rude and not cooperating. Overall it was good

When i checked in, i found lot of issues in room. I complained multiple times but no one bothered to resolve this. Insects in room, tv and wifi was not working, ac was making a lot of noise. Staff behavior was very rude

Well maintained property, swimming pool is good. Staff is very friendly. Bar is good. Food is ok. Security staff is good.

Hotel staff is very rude. Specially the lady on reception miss Rohini she doesn't have the manner to talk with the guest. The bath tub in my wash room was broken. The didn't change my room i ask them to change the room. They didn't clean my room. Even though i gave my room key on reception. I waste my money on this trip .

Stay was not at all good. It was terrible. I am shocked to see the rooms which make my trip offer me as an alternate. Worst experience. Rating is zero.

Nice comfortable, clean rooms with good food options. Staff behaviour is very good. Very good place to be with family and friends.

It’s not a four star property. Would rate it as two star property. Extremely poor spread of breakfast. Rooms are smelly and overall poor service.
