If i say the check in was smooth room was gd however on d 9th the blade of d fan broke n at dat tym me and my wife were in our parents room wen v complaint the engineer was rude n was trying to blame us once we told dem to check the cctv n d complaint tym he clearly laughed on it the issue was resolved after me involving d reception …. Because of dis incident d rating for my stay is average

Best location, perfect room size, pure veg breakfast.
Nice budget friendly rooms. Large rooms and clean bathrooms. 100% pure vegetarian restaurant with rooftop swimming pool.

it was nice pleasent stay at Zense Resort, location is too good to stay for. You can excess to all things and nearby cafes which best for dinner

familyStaying was good. The master suit was good. The only thing that was not good was complimentary breakfast system, as there was no buffet. You have very limited choice. After placing your order you have to wait for a long time.

Its a rip off!
We stayed at the property for 4nights. It is located close to 1. 5km from the candolim beach, although it is advertised to be ~300m from the beach. The hotel has extremely ill-managed rooms, with non-functional switches, poorly maintained electronics and unhygienic rooms & upholstery. Even the bathroom floor is designed to flood at the tiniest drop post usage. The swimming pool is an eye wash. It is a kids pool, with 4 chairs placed at 4 corners. Service of the hotel is good, although you may have to repeatedly call up the reception for every thing. The property has a collab with banana leaf chain (that is the only in-house restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is veg only, and has a limited menu (you may pay and order outside the menu although. Also, do not try to request for a cab+chauffeur from the hotel. It may cost you unnecessary sums. Overall, bad maintenance, poor hygiene, tiny rooms with minimal ventilation and poorly managed electronics, but manageable complimentary breakfast and good staff service.

We stayed in zense for a short trip and it was amazing. The hospitality is top notch. Staff is super helpful. This property is located in candolim and has easy access to beaches and shopping destination. Highly recommend staying in zense

Master suite with terrace
familyProperty location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.

Stay at zense
familyHad a good stay. It is located on the main road and makes it easily accessible. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The restaurant is also decent.

Hotel is good, situated in main area of condolim, and in main road, parking is bit problem as same parking for hotel and the restaurant below, not sure if you get parking,

Excellent Stay
Stay was amazing, rooms were really big and clean, hot water running 24/7, they serve delicious food at their restaurant banana leaf, staff was really helpful, fast service, and the best thing about this hotel is the location as it is nearby to beaches and amazing restaurants and cafes, overall my experience was really good, will definitely coming again to stay here on my next trip to goa.

Amazing hotel
It was amazing great facilities and the workers were really kind and owner and manager are always there. Upgrading was really easy.
