The Grand Leoney Resort

The property looks nice from the outside, but the service and attitude of the staff were quite disappointing. They even charged ₹250 just for ice and lemon, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. The staff was rude when asked about it. For the price they charge, the experience definitely doesn’t match the expectations. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve their hospitality and transparency.

Property is located around 750 meters away from the beach. Food is good and the pool is really well maintained. There are a lot of amenities and gym but haven't used those. We also have a bar on the poolside with good music. Room facilities can be better

Location: ideal location close to restaurants and other happening places/night clubs. Stay: I liked the stay and the staff was friendly, note this is a 3 star property hence do not expect expansive service. Rooms were tidy and big, washrooms seem to be recently renovated hence was good. Only issue is hot water is solar, and since we stayed during monsoon we had to ask for hot water from the staff. Luckily they did so in 10 min. Road: this is located in the tourist hub of vagator, i.e, most of the resorts are on this road, hence be mindful of traffic during peak hours.

Food terrible, location is okay , facilities are chargeable even after paying so much of money for rooms which are not worth that much and service is pathetic

overall it was really good experience, well maintained, designed property. Rooms are very large well designed. Washrooms required more cleanliness as lots of ents and insects found. swimming pool is really good, large parking area ans property is very near to beach and chapora fort.

The location of the resort is another significant advantage. It is conveniently situated close to Vagator Beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Wonderful, if I have to summarise in a single word. The ambience is very pleasing and the staff are very friendly and supportive. Excellent service.would recommend to family and friends and would opt for it the next time we are in Goa.

Excellent property in the heart of Vagator, very close to the beach. The beach is just 4 minutes walk from the resort. The food cost is bit on the higher end but there are numerous cafes and dhabas nearby which remains open till late at night, do check them out. The property has a feel good vibe with excellent 7 feet swimming pool and all the staffs are well trained and very helpful. Only one drawback is if you are planning for a staycation , you cannot rely on hotel’s wifi as the power backup takes time to kick in and your calls will get impacted due to wifi unavailibility. Also, the ac can be a bit stronger as it takes significantly an hour or so to cool the room. Apart from that, i could not find any issue. It has good parking space for cars and bikes and the connectivity to the property is good.
