Location very bad. Make my trip provided us wrong phone no. Of hotel. We couldn’t search the hotel ( guest house) upto night 11. 30 because of that. Mar myntrip is lying that hotel is 3 star. It’s one star.

Good hotel in budget, with all facilities like hot water, wifi, restaurant, tv etc. When we stayed we faced power cut in day time.

Very bad hotel and room, they shows big room and gave very small, almost half, dirty room, dirty toilet and dirty towels, no mirror rover wash basin, how to do shaving, no full mirror, no electric charging point, no soap, no shampoo, tv not working, no shutter in ventilation of toilet, insects came from there, dirty carpet. Don’t waste your time and money.

The hotel staff was very good. And the location of hotel is on the entrance of sonmarg market which is helpful to reach all over makes easy.

It was very worst hotel i have ever seen booked through mm t in my life. The services was so bad that i don’t such words to explain. Kindly do not recommend this kind of hotel to customers. Accommodations and food quality was very inferior. Any order placed were served 2 hours later. It was really bad experience. Inferior food quality was unmatched to their high prices. There was no was basin in washroom and washroom was too small.

Had a stay of two days at the hotel. Messed up by booking one day ahead of date and the hotel was full but the staff arranged a room for us. Staff was really nice and helpful, even helped us to clean our car. Food was also great, although a bit large in portion.
