Hotel location is extremely awesome. Food quality is average. Heating/cooling system for room stay is extremely poor. I will rate this hotel as average considering the amount it charges for accomodation.

Food was bad, they claim that they provide central heating but they turned that off at midnight when there was heavy snowfall. The blanket provided was stinking and when we complained they took it away and never gave another one. The staff are nice and very polite. The view from the hotel is surreal.

Rooms were average for the cost. They say it is heated but the heaters were stopped at 12 pm and left at mercy of blankets which we get in cheaper hotels too. Only buffet option available which has very less options. Food quality was average. Had to wait for hours for water.

Stayed here for one night buffet breakfast and buffet dinner provided, food is too good, rooms are spacious. View from room is mind blowing

Restaurant had broken tables. Heating was off. Trust me. If you have an alternate option, skip it. There were big spiders in the room right behind the bed and came out at night and this is when outside temperature is -5 and it was snowing. I can't imagine what happens in summer. They have central heating but they only turn it on for 3-4 hours. There is no hot water. Skip this property.

1. Support staff have no sense. Direct come inside the room without knock. 2. Service quality is so bad. 3. No taste in food

Suggested for 24 hrs hot water in bathroom.

Centrally located, people are very cooperative and caring, its clean, rooms are good, food are tasty, it's a very cosy place to stay

The rooms had leakage and seepage smell. Insects are roaming freely in the rooms. Location is very nice so is the Hotel. But a little bit of maintenance can make this place a better Hotel

What food we asked was not not available. Often power cuts, no current. Compliment water bottle not given. Hot water was not available. Location was good.
