We stayed at this hotel three years ago, and I must say they’ve maintained the same high standards despite the challenging conditions here. The staff at the reception and service teams are absolutely fantastic. However, I do have one concern regarding the food. We ordered food twice, and it seemed to have been cooked with reused frying oil, which wasn’t ideal. While the taste was fine, repeatedly using the same oil can affect the flavor and quality, which I feel needs attention. Aside from this issue, I’m really happy with the staff’s behavior and the excellent service. Keep up the great work, and I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the overall quality.

The staff is well behaved. Very tasty meals & comfortable stay in -8 deg c. Best part was the location of the hotel which is in the city centre

The location is Amazing situated nearby Army camp, local market, Thajiwas Glacier on walkable distance. Room view was fantastic 😍 . Since it was snowing we enjoyed our stay & view from our room. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. 24×7 service upto the mark. Amenities too good. Centrally heated rooms. Restaurant food is also good. I will recommend stay here.

Excellent! staffs are courteous and helpful! the room was clean! our room had two side views one riverside and the other hill side and the staff informed about the details! house keeping staff especially amir was very good and helpful

Overall, Imperial Resorts Sonamarg combines excellent services, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind and explore the natural beauty of the region. Best Place to Stay. Good hospitality by hotel management. Rooms were warm, geysers and boilers provided for warm water throughout the day. Electric blanket was provided by hotel staff, which provided additional cooling

We stayed at the imperial resort for two nights in september end. The overall experience was good including vegetarian food options, location, comfortable rooms and good service. Only improvement areas could be in the front office staff and cleanliness of rooms.

It was a nice stay. The care takers were good and careful. The washrooms and beds are clean and pleasant.

Very poor rooms. Smelly and dirty linen. Washroom was smelling. Food was pathetic. Overall a very poor experience.

It was very worse experience living here, where there was too much dust in the room room was not properly cleaned the toilet was leaking.
