Review Of HOTEL SONAMARG GLACIER

Hotel Sonamarg Glacier has excellent location and landscape. A small but beautiful property with excellent facilities and cooperative and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it. In particular a staff member named Mr Farooq Ahmad (the receptionist) was very much friendly, cooperative and helpful. My sincere thanks to him for all the help that he rendered.

Hotel denied stay. My money is deducted and i cant contact mmt support. I need refund for this immediately

Hotel sonamarg glacier is in a terrible state, it is undergoing renovations. No amenities are working like reception, restaurant room service, geyser, worst linen

The hotel is under renovation. No room service, no room cleaning and sparing staff. They tried to shift us into other rooms in the basement with no view. The renovation works continued till late hours at night. The whole hotel smelled of paint causing headaches. The location is great. Should be a nice place to stay once the renovation is complete.

Tip - Call the hotel in advance to get the room at front. After reaching the hotel we came to know they have a backside property as well where there’s no view from balcony. Other than that the room was very pretty with all the amenities and in house restaurant was just backside of the property. All the main points are at your walking distance from the property. It was a beautiful property.

Very conveniently located on the leh highway. It was almost on the starting point of the pony ride to thajiwas glacier. However, the location was very crowded during the day. Parking was adequate. Food served was excellent. Although we requested first floor rooms, we were allotted a ground floor room. Even then we enjoyed our stay. Recommended for all.

Location is the best thing, views are astonishing, this is swiss in india's backyard

The area of the hotel was very peaceful. And the location of the hotel was convenient. The washroom was dirt-free and the room was spacious. The behavior of the staff was very decent. The room amenities were functional. Overall its was a wonderful stay at this property.
