Hotel was very good and was on main highway near by market rooms are good and staff was excellent 👌

hotel was ultimate , proper arrangements for all the things but there is a issue , restaurant not have such varities for eat , they have a very little menu and also it's great that you can bring your own food from outside . nice location nice ambience every this is perfect 1000% Will stay here if I am coming again on sonmarg.

Very bad condition of room, not proper hot water arrangement. No facility of food, tea, coffee, geezer not working,

It was a nightmare to stay at this hotel. We reached sonamarg after 6 hours of journey at 3pm. After entering, the manager told us to cancel the booking as the hotel had some breakage issue. After much discussion, he agreed to put us up in the storage room. The room was totally smelling, dirty and with no heating. In the morning the geyser did not work and it was -3 degree c. When i confronted the manager, he was rude and provided no solutions. It was an absolutely pathetic place. In the evening, a maul-vi type crazy person came and kept blabbering to me about the hotel manager not keeping the qur'an ayaat properly. Never book this hotel!

Solo Traveller-I was bit disappointed once I reached the property as construction was going on -but Mohsin (Manager ) really made my stay comfortable-and prepared special meal apart from suggesting places to visit in Srinagar -Had excellent conversation with him on various topics -Hotel is beautifully located and team is excellent. Will recommend . Pets are allowed in selected rooms a huge plus . Thank You Mohsin for your hospitality.😊

Bath room is slippery and dirty. Even after we complained, they were arguing without cleaning. They were telling that sweeping and cleaning materials will be provided and we have to clean ourselves.

Rooms are very small, not much amenities. There was no hot water in the hotel, used hot water via electric kettles. Also, room heater were of no use, no hearing at all. Not worth the price.

Worst service providing, no wifi, staffs are very rude, bathroom hand shower not working, foods are tasteless with expensive. Over all you shouldn't come here. I suggest just find another hotel on sonmarg. Don't waste money & time in this hotel.

It was a bad stay. There were no basic amenities like electric kattle, glass, soap, bathroom kit etc. The bathroom was very dirty. Geyser was rusted and looked like rotten egg. There was smell in the bathroom. Tv was not working. Very bad experience

The worst hotel of sonamarg there charges are soo high service and cleanliness so bad that you regret staying there there staff is so bad mannered until and unless you give them tip they will not listen to you there rooms where stinking there was garbage everywhere in the room won’t suggest anyone

Didnt stayed only kept the luggage, staff was not cooperative i will say it's a bad experience as my money got wasted

@sonmarg, this is the best hotel to stay with family or individual, all amenities as required. Staff very co-operative.
