I recently stayed at your Sonamarg property and feel compelled to share my experience, which was unfortunately extremely disappointing.
From the moment I checked in, I encountered several issues with the service and overall hospitality standards. The staff appeared unhelpful and unwilling to assist even with the most basic requests. For instance, I requested a towel which was simply refused without explanation.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet, which was supposed to be available until 10:00 AM, had almost no food left by 9:25 AM. There was no staff at the buffet area, and I had to go to the kitchen myself to report the issue. Even then, no action was taken to replenish the items.
In-room dining was also subpar – our food arrived cold, which was both unexpected and unappetizing. Our concerns and feedback seemed to be completely ignored by the staff.
It felt as though the property is being poorly managed, with no attention given to guest experience or basic hospitality expectations. The overall service, staff attitude, and food quality fell significantly short of what one expects from a reputed hotel chain like Lemon Tree.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the concerns raised, not only for future guests but to protect the reputation of your brand.
