Good and pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and spacious.Hotel is located 3 kms away from ratnagiri railway station.Rickshaws available to go to nearby places like market,ratnadurga fort and ganpatipule.Daily 2 veg options available for breakfast along with tea and coffee.They have thier retlstaurant at walking distance of 5 mins which serves good veg and non veg option. Overall value for money stay. Good and pleasant stay. Terrible Stay
Pathetic room and services. They don’t provide hand wash proper watter, tea and breakfast. They charges full amount for breakfast and food but quality and quantity and items is very pathetic.

Excellent Stay
Maratha residency hotel, Ratnagiri is conveniently located on Ratnagiri Kolhapur highway very close to railway station & the city. The rooms are neat and clean. There is a lift which is added advantage. It also has back up Diesel generator in case of power failure. Staff is polite and efficient. There is no kitchen but we could order from their other branch nearby which was very tasty. Rate is also very economical. Overall a great hotel which is worth recommending.

Totally good experience
best and budget friendly stay in Ratnagiri I stayed in executive deluxe room the room was spacious and clean and also felt luxurious in that minimal cost The staff was also polite and responsive

There is no room service available...also we booked deluxe executive room which was very small ....also there is no in-house restaurant of hotel ...they have their restaurant...if we visit that restaurant they will give 10% discount and if we order from that restaurant.extra charges will be levied we had to check out early at 4 am....but no one helped to pick up our bags and placed in the car although 2 staff was present there.

The hotel is conveniently located..rooms are clean,we stayed in executive deluxe (has a window) , Executive classic (comes with a sofa and a chair) and Executive super deluxe (road facing) the housekeeping attendant was very polite and prompt. food was nice.
