Review Of Maratha Residency

Pathetic room and services. They don’t provide hand wash proper watter, tea and breakfast. They charges full amount for breakfast and food but quality and quantity and items is very pathetic.

Maratha residency hotel, Ratnagiri is conveniently located on Ratnagiri Kolhapur highway very close to railway station & the city. The rooms are neat and clean. There is a lift which is added advantage. It also has back up Diesel generator in case of power failure. Staff is polite and efficient. There is no kitchen but we could order from their other branch nearby which was very tasty. Rate is also very economical. Overall a great hotel which is worth recommending.

best and budget friendly stay in Ratnagiri I stayed in executive deluxe room the room was spacious and clean and also felt luxurious in that minimal cost The staff was also polite and responsive

average rooms,no food in house,reading books are displayed but no news paper in the morning. only tea coffee served after 7.30 am

Overly priced and food also expensive.

I had a truly wonderful stay at maratha residency. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable with modern amenities and a beautiful view. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.

There is no room service available...also we booked deluxe executive room which was very small ....also there is no in-house restaurant of hotel ...they have their restaurant...if we visit that restaurant they will give 10% discount and if we order from that restaurant.extra charges will be levied we had to check out early at 4 am....but no one helped to pick up our bags and placed in the car although 2 staff was present there.

The hotel is conveniently located..rooms are clean,we stayed in executive deluxe (has a window) , Executive classic (comes with a sofa and a chair) and Executive super deluxe (road facing) the housekeeping attendant was very polite and prompt. food was nice.

Staff is polite and helpful. But No in-house restaurant. Though It's on walkable distance. They charge 10℅ delivery charges. No proper hot water available.

Overall it was good value for money.

No cleanliness No restaurant attached Bathrooms are shady Bathroom mat dirty AC was not working. Ambience at entrance or reception was average.

sirf paise khanke ke kaam hote hai...har chijo ke paise lete hai yeh log... try not to stay here .... very very bad experience... no satisfied with service ...

Rooms are very small and the property didn't have its own restaurant for food you have to go outside, complimentary breakfast was horrible, better to stay other property

Good and clean rooms, but connectivity in the early morning might be an issue, speak at reception to make arrangements.

The hotel is in a crowded area and there is a lot of dust around. The room was average, the room service was good. Do not ask the hotel staff for any references as their commission is involved in everything that they assist you with. They have an average restaurant at walking distance. The staff is polite. There is limited parking for four wheelers. In case you are worried about the traffic noise disturbing your sleep, it is not bothering at all

Excellent place. Was here for a day on 24-25 dec. Rooms all good and properly cleaned hot water was available room service good location just on main road and easily found main part - staff was cooperative and really good, eho catered our tailormade request. All in all good place for stay. Strongly recommending.

The property is located on the main road to ratnagiri, just 2km from city centre. They had breakfast arrangements but no restaurant on premises. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and everything worked.
