Its a lodge, front image of the building shows its a 3 star hotel. But no facilities available in that lodge. Waste for a day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shalom Stay with my family, booking two AC Standard Deluxe rooms. The hotel is conveniently located on the third floor of a building right on the highway, making it easily accessible. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with neat bedsheets and high-quality toiletries. The bathrooms were spotless, and the functional TV with all channels, along with the efficient AC, added to the comfort of our stay. The hotel also offers room service, which is a nice convenience. Another perk of staying here is the proximity to two restaurants just downstairs. We tried the food from Hotel Sagoti on the ground floor, and the taste was excellent, enhancing our overall experience. However, there were two issues that need attention. The presence of mosquitoes at night was a nuisance, and although the hotel provided mosquito repellent machines, they were not effective. Additionally, a tiny cockroach made an unexpected appearance, which highlighted the need for better pest control measures. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay was peaceful, and the hotel provides good value for its location and amenities. Addressing the pest control issues would make it an even better place to stay.

Rooms are little small. But they are good for stay. Front deak is very helpful. Wine n dine is available on 2nd floor and it's fantastic.

We had a weekend stay at the hotel as we were visiting the city for a wedding. Easy, hassle free check in & check out process, clean comfortable rooms, ac and tv working great. The staff is very courteous and helpful - they helped us understand travel-ling around the city, suggested good restaurants and places to visit

Hotel shalom stay, ratnagiri is a good choice for any person in need of hotel stay. It is well maintained. The rooms, washrooms are clean with tv and ac working fine. No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was managed by sub staff all the time, breakfast was pathetic and my worst experience ever. The lobby area on the third floor was not up to the mark and it was smelling foul.

Nice’s support from team and good to time spread near by main road. There are many factors you can write about when it comes to hotel reviews. We will get into these factors shortly, but you must take into consideration that you should not write a lot about each factor of the hotel, like food, amenities, location, services, and … as your review will become a course paper. Many people want to have an overview of the hotel's good and bad aspects and would not want to check everything in detail, especially if everything was normal.

it is not worth at such location also don't have room service charge too hepty commission the real terrific is and you charge us 🤦‍♂️ too high

Ac don't work even fir basic functionality, hidden charges, rude staff, no food available, rooms are small, unpleasant stay, lifts uncomfortable customers are forced to stay in unpleasant environment, zero support by staff and even owner. Overall worst ever stay

This was a good stay. Good hospitality. Nice breakfast. They arrange tea/coffee from outside, only they do not have a restaurant. But nearby we can walk down for restaurant. Good location.
