Our recent stay at The Fern Kolhapur was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that made us feel right at home. A special thank you to GM Mr. Gautam, whose courteous demeanor and personal attention truly elevated our experience. His leadership reflects in the seamless service and positive energy throughout the The Fern, Kolhapur. A heartfelt appreciation also goes to Rutwik for his outstanding support. His dedication and prompt assistance and guidance on temple darshan made our stay smooth and stress-free – he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Vikrant deserves a shoutout as well for making every dining experience delightful. The food was delicious, well-presented, and catered to both our taste and dietary needs. Whether it was breakfast or lunch, the culinary quality and variety were top-notch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all modern amenities. Housekeeping was meticulous, and every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism and a genuine desire to make guests happy. Above all, our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay – a perfect mix of luxury, warmth, and personalized service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kolhapur. Properly location was good and the facilities were also good but the most important was food. We love the food that we had in Hotel. I do not not have any issue with my stay. I would like to understand one thing about the insurance that I took from your side and I received the details for it but there should be option to fill the names of all insured person as for all 4 members it was showing my name only. so if anyone got any issue then how can we proceed in this and how can you know that who was travelling with me on that day. There should be option available to put the details for all members who are travelling and getting insurance. This is a my query & suggestion too.

this is My 2nd time Booking in the same The Fern, Kolhapur, every thing was fine, except No Breakfast was provided This is really shocking, While booking Shown as Break fast included But it is not there in after payment paid, Very very bad never expected this from Make my team,We are senior citizens we were troubled for nothing, if we booked directly they are providing the Breakfast for the same price,last time also Break fast included

From the outside the The Fern, Kolhapur doesn’t look too good, but once inside, it’s a lot better. A three star category The Fern, Kolhapur with amazing customer service at the front office, the house keeping staff and at the restaurant. The food is also good with plenty of options. Overall a decent stay at Kolhapur.

5 My experience at The Fern, Kolhapur was outstanding. The check-in was smooth, the room was neat and well maintained, and the staff ensured all my requests were taken care of promptly. The food was delicious, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

I think the cleanliness is excellent. The meals were above average. Staff were courteous and well mannered. Only complaint would be quality of tea and coffee. Strangely for a 4 star The Fern, Kolhapur, the newspaper were only Marathi/Hindi available in the lobby.

The Fern is the best The Fern, Kolhapur in the Kolhapur. We had really great stay. Rooms are clean . Premises is near. Front desk staff , housekeeping staff knows their job very well. Nice restaurant.

Rooms were clean, well kept and spacious. Only overhead shower was leaking, ac in the other room was not working. Towels were minimum. Overall experience was good for one night stay.

Comfortable and hygienic The Fern, Kolhapur. The location is also very convenient from highway and Mahalaxmi temple, local markets and palace.
