The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service was top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again on my next trip! Done

The resort was very nice and the food was amazing. However as mentioned in mmt while booking, they did not provide the early checkin. We reached there at 12 and requested them over the call for early checkin but they denied it. Otherwise the overall experience was good. Also the staff was very polite and friendly.

Location: The location of property was excellent, giving breathtaking sea view from the rooms and premises.The land scaping was very artistically done., with theme lighting. Rooms: Although rooms were spacious,they were not upto the mark and lacked asthetic and proper arrangements. The bed heights were too short..hardly one foot with mattress,which is difficult for elders to get up from bed. There was no chair for sitting in the room,for writing or doing some work. The walls could have been decorated with some paintings depicting Kokan culture and art. Due to moisture ,at many places paint had scaled. Location of main door was such that we had to maneuver every time to enter and exit. As compared to outdoor ,proper attention is not given to comfort and functionality of rooms. need attention. Service: 1)Food: Food quality and variety were excellent particularly for breakfast.Food was very yummy.However for pure vegetarian, option at veg restaurant is limited. 2) Room service: Excellent.staff were prompt and courteous. 3) Transport:They were excellent and punctual.All the drivers were very polite and more than willing to help and giving local information serving the purpose of Guide.Special mention of driver Abhay Shivalkar is must who had come to drop us at Ratnagiri Railway station at very odd hours (3 am),and that too in very hostile weather conditions heavy rain and lightening. He not only ensured safe and timely dropping at Ratnagiri Railway station,but also came all the way to platform at our designated coach location carrying our luggage too It was an extraordinary gesture by him. Overall it was a memorable experience for us to stay at Westbay Resort at Ganpati pule. we would like to give 4.5 ratings out of 5 to it.

Premium Price, Zero Water, Day Wasted: Cannot Recommend We booked a two-day stay at a premium rate but immediately faced a catastrophic service failure: severe water scarcity in our room, starting at check-in. We lost the entire day of our short vacation constantly calling reception and waiting for the water issue to be resolved. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices. Staff offered only hollow apologies and made zero effort to compensate us for the massive inconvenience and the ruined day, demonstrating a complete lack of courtesy and empathy. On a positive note, the location is excellent, and the food service was outstanding. However, the fundamental failure of a basic amenity, combined with the management’s refusal to provide any accountability or compensation for a full day of vacation wasted, means we cannot recommend staying here.

we booked stay for three nights, location is best, food quality and taste are also very good, but there were couple of things I noticed as negative and that's why rates this stay as average 1) Food service:- They have partial arrangement of food outside in open view which is of no use if it rains, and in konkan area most of the time it is raining , we had to return one day and order in from our room because of that plus there are walk ins allowed as well as a result it is huge rush after 8 pm always. 2) food serving time is also quite high, for simple dishes it also takes 25-30 min. 3) Rooms not very well maintained, you can see patches of dampness in balconies and rooms.

Property is good, location and overall but the room given to us was dirty with fungus all over. We had to ask for new room which was okay. Also we booked the hotel considering swimming pool but the pool was not functional which was a huge disappintment.

Properties food is good have many option for vegeterians there is a seperate hotel as well as attached to the property and the road to ganpatipule mandir. Property is under renovation so it has a little maintenance field environment but is overall a good hotel with amenities for games and a pool. And other paid activities like shooting and archery. It has a beautiful view of the sea and sunsets. And has a direct way to the beach. Enjoyed the stay
