price and services don't match. The maximum price to be paid is 1500/- not more than that. dont get fooled about the name 'resort'. It's just an ordinary hotel for stay. there was not even a mat outside the bathroom to clean the feet. you could feel dust particles under your feet. the extra bed given was in a horrible condition. The toiletries given were cheap. just keep it as your last option, It's really not worth the money you pay.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is compact but very cozy. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. The best part — it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Ganpatipule temple, which made our visit really convenient. Great value for money and a peaceful place to relax after darshan.

I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: 1. Wi-Fi Signal Strength: The Wi-Fi signal on the 1st floor was weak and unreliable, likely due to it being a shared connection. This made it challenging to use the internet consistently. 2. Toilet Maintenance: The toilet commode in my room was outdated and not properly maintained, which affected its functionality and hygiene. 3. TV Remote: The TV remote was not working, which made it impossible to use the television during my stay. 4. Sofa and chair Condition: The sofa cover and chair was stained, which gave an impression of poor cleanliness and upkeep. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

The stay at Kaular Atithi's The Grand Kokan Resort, Ganpatipule was excellent. They have a new property which is really great. The people at the resort are nice and treated us really well. They do have their own kitchen and food can be ordered to the room. Best facility. And the best part is, ganpati temple is just 15 min walking distance from the resort!

It Is a cosy placed amidst trees and rustic charm. Walking distance from the temple. Hot water was available only in the morning but when I requested to arrange it for my parents they quickly did it. So hospitality is really good. Food is also good at their restaurant which is located in the vicinity only. However there are limited options for breakfast. Overall a good place.

Location of the property is very convenient i. E. Within the market area & close to the ganpati pule temple. Though oj the main road, it is quiet inside the premises. However, needs an improved maintenance. The flush cover was broken due to which it had to lifted to do the job. Also, the mirror in my room was in the darkest corner with no light source near it. Cupboard was not dusted properly. The in-house restaurant seemed sparsely used, hence not cared for. However, their restaurant on the facing the main road had good food and was customer friendly. The staff was trained and helpful. With a little more maintenance, it can become a top rated hotel.
