It's certainly not reflective of our usual operation standards. We understand how crucial a strong internet connection is for our guests and we regret that the wifi service failed during your visit. We're currently taking steps to address this issue. The problems you faced with the room amenities is also concerning for us. Be assured, we're taking necessary actions to rectify them at the earliest opportunity. We understand that getting the room next to an active construction site would have been disturbing. We will ensure more careful room assignments in future to avoid such scenarios. Response time to your request for a towel was obviously below standard, and we promise to significantly improve that specific aspect of our service.
