Excellent & Grateful Superb Location, Superb Room, Superb Food, Superb Shooting & Archery Activity, Superb Game Zone, Superb Swimming pool. Don't think that I have been paid for the review. It actually is. The Reception Madam upgraded our booking & gave us chance to stay in Room No.404, view from which is amazing. I stayed with my family and our stay was really amazing. It is worth the value. We wish to keep on visiting and staying in the resort. 100% recommended for best stay, food, location and service. We are grateful for the upgradation the resort gave us. Choose the Super Deluxe Sea View Room and you will make the stay an unforgettable memory.

sea view, resort, excellent, out of the world experience. you can hear waves,just at the shore, added with the rain, just wow. I am a solo traveller, The hospitality is really good. The only thing I wished for was local cuisine is limited . I came on an auspicious day of Ganesh chaturthi, the temple is divine, 400 years old. The stay is worth the sea view rooms. I will be back again. To feel the peace, rejuvenation. The only thing is that they need training in the kitchen and housekeeping staff, but it could be ignored by mesmerizing sea view rooms, beautiful resort and simple people. Though I am unsure about the basic rooms , the experience might not be that great. A little bit overpriced though but worth it. I would choose to visit again to unwind but same kind of room.

Beautiful sea view from the room and swimming pool,well maintained property and beautiful garden.Top class food ,humble staff and good room service,clean wash room. Ganapati temple/Sea beach is 30 mins walking distance.There are steps which takes down to Sea beach in 15 mins one should avoid going there during high tide. Very good Shop in the campus. Thanks to Rifle shooting Sir for guiding my son very well.My family is satisfied and enjoyed the stay.

Terrible experience – unsafe, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost

I had a very disappointing stay at Westbay Resort in Ganpatipule. I paid for deluxe rooms in a villa expecting a private and premium experience, but it was nothing like what was promised. The MakeMyTrip listing mentioned a 3-room villa, but we were given rooms in a 4-room villa shared with strangers, which completely ruined our privacy. The villa was located far from the main property and felt isolated. The rooms were in poor condition—dirty mirrors, low water pressure from taps, and unclean commodes. Despite complaining to the reception, we were told no other rooms were available, even though several rooms looked empty. To make matters worse, on the last night someone repeatedly rang our doorbell and strange noises were heard near the villa. It felt extremely unsafe and added to our bad experience. The only redeeming part was the food, which was decent. Overall, the stay was not worth the price at all, and I would not recommend this resort.

Westbay resort and spa is a perfect place for a vacation. First of all it is located at most scenic location in Ganpatipule, the view from rooms is breathtaking. The beautiful sound of sea waves is therapeutic and you will not want to leave the place. Then there are amenities and activities in resort for all age group, they have a kids play area, rifle shooting range, archery, indoor game zone with table tennis, pool table, chess, carrom, badminton. The neat and clean infinity pool with Arabian Sea view, kids pool. Both the pools are large enough to accommodate greater number of guests. All the amenities are well maintained and functional. Resort has 3 restaurants including one veg restaurant, they serve delicious food at reasonable price, chef is versatile and knows to create flavours in all types of cuisine. Service in resort is top notch, staff is polite and well trained. I will specially thank the travel desk incharge Mr. Abhay Shivalkar for his prompt arrangement for pickup drop and sightseeing. I do recommend sightseeing with Mr. Divyadeep Kadam who has great driving skills and will take you to hidden gems on sightseeing. Do not miss the rifle shooting with Mr. Balram, he will explain you about shooting in a way that you feel like professional shooter after shooting targets in 100 mtr range.

The hotel room service is very terrible. The waiter doesn't know which food should come and which later. And also the telephone service of the room is very pathetic. We were so irritated when we had to give food orders. Also the staff didn't come to clean the room the day after. We stayed for 3 days but we needed to call them repeatedly for cleaning.
