Review: Lemon Tree Resort, Dapoli (25–28 Oct 2025)Travelled with: Family (2 adults, 2 kids) Location:✅ Great — The property overlooks Harnai beach and offers scenic views. Housekeeping:✅ Prompt and efficient — The staff was responsive and maintained cleanliness well. Amenities:⚠️ Average — Several facilities need maintenance and don’t match the brand’s usual standards. Food & Service:❌ Disappointing — Service was extremely slow. Food quality was inconsistent: some dishes were overly salty or undercooked. Safety Concerns:⚠️ Monkey menace — Monkeys roam the premises and can enter rooms if windows are left open. There were no warnings or instructions provided by the hotel, which is a serious oversight, especially for families with children. 🚨 Security incident — At 1:30 AM, a maintenance staff member attempted to enter our room unannounced. We were awake and stopped him. The hotel later cited it as an “operational mistake” and the manager apologized, offering a complimentary dinner. While appreciated, the incident was unsettling and raises concerns about guest safety protocols. Final Verdict:👎 Not recommended for families with kids. The location is lovely, but the lack of safety measures, poor food service, and maintenance issues make it hard to justify a return visit.

Overall experience was excellent, we had booked Deluxe Room with Sea View. While check-in we got upgraded to Sea View Suites. View from rooms was so calm. You can see harnei beach, Suvarna Durg, Kanaka Durg from the room. Hospitality was top notch, food was great. Few of my family members had fast, staff took special note of that and prepared special Sabudana khichadi. Little bit of maintenance is needed, but it wont cause any inconvenience to us. Pathetic is what I will say First I found a lizard Then web of spider and spiders moving Leakage in bathroom SHOWER ....WHAT TO SAY ..I THINK HOME SHOWERS ARE BETTER AC DIDNT WORK... AND I ALSO COMPLAINED TO MMT but I was not given refund The manager at desk knew about poor network so he said jo chaiye karo And on top of that somehow I managed to get in touch with MMT. BUT THEY TOO STOPED RESPONDING I HAVE VIDEOS WILL SHARE

We had the most wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Dapoli, and what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special mention to Vrushali, Atul, Alok, and Sahil—each of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, memorable, and filled with warmth. Whether it was thoughtful little touches, prompt service, or just their cheerful presence, they made a huge difference. The property is peaceful, clean, and beautifully located. Our sea view suite was stunning, and the buffet spread was delicious and kid-friendly too. We were celebrating our daughter’s pre-birthday, and the team made it extra special in every possible way. Hotel rooms very inconvenient . You have to climb a lot of stairs . Parking not valet and risky . The beach is far away and very filthy . Rooms have a bad smell of mould unclean . Street Dogs and cats wander in the hotel and its restaurant . Animal poop outside your hotel room stairs everywhere . They don’t serve local cuisine also . Sea view rooms and very little sea view . Garden view rooms have no garden outside quite suffocating . Playa rea was closed , pool was unclean . Avoid at all costs .

We visited this place during the monsoon, and the overall experience was surreal. The property’s location is excellent, offering scenic sea views that add to its charm. The room was spacious, and the separate sitting area gave it a premium feel. The food was excellent, with a good mix of regional specialties and other popular dishes. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. In-room service was also prompt and efficient.

We stayed at Lemon Tree Dapoli for two nights and the overall experience was great. Food: we had breakfast+dinner package and the Food quality for veg was excellent- 5/5 Rooms: The rooms were clean. The overall equipments and fittings are old but no complaints as everything is functional. - 4/5 Service: On the first day there was very low occupancy and hence the service was excellent. Day two at the restaurant was slow in terms of service. - 4/5 Location: In terms of view and overall feel the property is excellent. We had taken garden view rooms hence the view there was limited but from the restaurant & the pool you can enjoy the sea view which was serene and soothing. The only disadvantage is the isolated location and no network coverage. Wifi was available though. Overall 4/5

👉Stay was good 👉Location N view was very good 👉Veg Food was bad. Breakfast is pathetic no value for money for amount charged. 👉While booking SPA was mentioned as an option to chose at location, when we reached spa was cancelled. What kind of leisure is this pathetic food n no spa?

It was good stay. Beach is at some distance, but sea view from hotel is simply awesome. Food taste was good, but too costly & especially, they charge 18% service charge without permission. That apart, sea view rooms, service, kids play area etc. are quite good...
