The place is surprisingly hygienic and very beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very polite and the in house food is reasonable and very tasty .. we loved and have decided that we would choose to stay at the same place next time when we visit Ratnagiri … amazing experience….. the super deluxe room is excellent …..

The property is well-maintained; the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. They attached two single beds with different single mattresses, which was unexpected considering the price.

The stay was good, place also decent neat and clean. Maintained very well. Caretaker was courteous and polite. The food was also hygienic and tasty as i chose to have aamras puri in the dinner and bread butter with a cup of tea in the breakfast. Overall good stay and recommended for family and friends in group.

Very good for a homestay

The property was easy to find and is in the middle of the city. However in spite of being centrally located its still in a quite location with no traffic noises to disturb you. The cleanliness there is remarkable. Our room & bathroom were spacious & clean. There is a small garden outside but this causes trouble with mosquitoes. The staff was very helpful & polite. Aadesh, the caretaker had to leave early for some personal reasons on the day of our check-out but he waited till our billing was done for which i am very grateful. Otherwise we would have had to wait for the next caretaker to come & our check-out would have been delayed. So once again immensely grateful to him. Food is not included in their tariff but they have a limited menu which they sent us on the morning of our checkin. We placed order for our dinner via whatsapp. The food was tasty. But unfortunately the menu remains the same daily. They should have different dishes daily even if the choices are limited. The breakfast begins at 9am which is again very late though tea & coffee begins from 7am. We had a good stay here and would definitely want to book again next time.
