Hotel Mathura Executive

Review of stay at Mathura executive-23 to 25 October 2025 We had booked a 3 night stay at Mathura executive, Thiba rd, Ratnagiri- Room type-Superior deluxe for triple occupancy. On check in we were given room 101, which did not have any bath towels, kettle and only one soap was provided.On requesting the reception above items were provided with quite delay. Only one bottled water was given, where as routinely two are given per day. Giving hand towels is not in thier policy. Our geyser was not working hence the staff just told us to shift to Room 106 without even offering us to help to carry luggage. In Room 106 things like bath towel etc. were missing. TV set was not working. Bathroom was very congested, bed covers were not sufficiently big to cover the mattress. We are routine travellers hence have stayed at many hotels but by far this was the worst. Staff generally checks the Room before the guest arrival for its readiness but nothing of that sort could be seen here. We had to make 3-4 calls everyday to the reception and wait for long time to be acted upon, which we did very patiently. The only saving grace is the restaurant which offers good food.Rating 2/5 for its good location and polite staff but inefficient management.

The food quality is excellent and cleanliness is very nice. But the A/C was not working, washroom was very small and lift is very slow and very small.

there was basement parking available. Food was really good. we got complementary breakfast from hotel which was really fulfilling. Room was very clean and hygienic.

The staff is cordial, the location is ideal. The room isn’t so big to accommodate 3 people actually. Washroom could be better. Restaurant is good and buffet is good

The entire stay was too pleasant. Too good servicing staff in lodging as well as Restaurant. Food quality is also too good. Ambience wise, cleanliness wise and location wise perfect facility to have a comfortable and peaceful stay with family in Ratnagiri. Will recommend very happily to all who want to visit and stay in Ratnagiri.

1) food very good in restaurant, though its not very cheap and you have to shell your pocket 2) staff at front desk not very helpful and polished, kind of raw in speaking and conduct 3) service staff for room, other auxiliary staff very good, down to earth and excellent. I stayed in this hotel (mathura executive) on 26th-27th jean 2024, at the price point of 9000 for 2n the services were not good, below should be considered while booking. 1. Parking - parking is in basement and very cramp, there are only 5 slots for car park that, otherwise park your card outside on the road. 2. Power issues - during our stay there was power disruptions in night for 3 times, the funny part was every time power is back you have to re-insert the room key in power slot to have power in your room, interestingly staff was already aware of this and they did not had any solution for this. 2. Breakfast - catering services was very slow, it took almost 30 mins to prepare pohe for me (please note this was not special request even.
