Chitara is the best hotein Ratnagiri
The stay was excellent, hotel is on roadside which was easy to travel, staff was very polite and very imp food was awesome, tasty, fresh and delicious we tried chicken, meat, fish & veg the food quality was excellent and the breakfast was too good and fresh

food was good. room door bell not there. bathroom door not closed. solar systeam not good and want to improve. overall mark 50.50

Excellent Stay
The hotel chitara residency was excellent with food and room. It's close to ratnagiri railway station that's why it's nice place to stay.

Good & satisfactory
coupleLocation was at highway with transport facilities available. Also near to railway station. Amenities and services were also upto mark. Staff was cooperative with early and late checkout also

Terrible Stay
We had food poisoning at chitara residency. All of got ill, grandson needed special medical treatment at 2 am. We all are still not well. Returning back to nashik. I will never recommend to visit that hotel.

Good for Short period stay
soloOver all good stay. Food is tasty and service is good . Good for short term stay. Hotel as well as approach road under construction

Good Stay
The room was clean and spacious. The location is at walkable distance from sangam point. The food quality was excellent. Proper parking is available.

Poor Stay
familyNo wifi is working, no television is working, rest all was ok hotel staff is good, food was food location is also good and nearby to railway station. I had stay with my family. Hotel was nearby to railway station, hotel staff was good, food was good but the other services like television, internet was not working. Raised the complaint for tv when i checked inn the hotel but they said that set off box was not working we are checking bit till the time of check out no update about television

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms but i was provided one small size room as the deluxe room ceiling had fallen. But i had to pay for deluxe room. Then there was no hot water from the solar heater as well as the geyser. They had given a heater coil for heating water. My family had a bath with hot water but i had to bath with cold water. Rest service was ok

The location is fine, rooms are clean and staffs are also very cooperative. Faculties are basic but okay for an overnight stay.

Chitara residency at ratnagiri is a good place to stay. Staff is courteous and well-behaved. But when we reached hotel at 1 pm despite of checkin time being 12 pm we had to wait for room cleaning till 1:30 pm. Rest all good.

Excellent Stay
This place is just 10 mins walk from ratnagiri station. Location is convenient. Rooms are maintained well n veg food which they provide is very good. Ideal place for family as well as groups.

Neat and clean rooms
Rooms were clean. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean. Has it's own restaurant. Food was good and was at a reasonable price

Good Stay
Rooms are good, hotel restaurant servers good food. Ample parking space. Good who prefer to stay near railway station hotel doesn't have power backup no lift since 2 floors which is manageable
