We had booked our stay at Maratha Regency for second time and the experience was as good as our past experience of 4 years ago. stay was comfortable with cleanliness maintained in room with nice service. 3 star rsting should be widrawn of this property.its just like an lodge.Very tarible experience which was not expected.was offered an twin bed for an family room that too of very small size,the extra matress was just like of lodge supplies also the water hot and cold was stoped early in the morning at 5,after calling tje recption tjey just kept the phone aside with np reply.please avoid booking this property.only had to co tinue with the stay as all other properties were sold out.

The hotel was average. Initially they offered a smoking room, which they allocated a different non smoking room. The lift was old and had an irritating announcement to close the door. Bathroom had shower on the ceiling, which I had never seen in any of the hotels. Dinner was good. Breakfast was included but started by 8 so couldn't try it.

Not a very comfortable stay at the property. Rooms are not so great and surely not shown in a picture. Beds are not comfortable. Room service is ok ok. Foot quality is in average and staff is not so friendly. Overall not so great experience at property and surely will not book again.
