Average Stay – Theme is Nice but Needs Improvement
We recently stayed at this property and while the theme of the hotel was quite nice, there were several areas that left much to be desired. Firstly, the rooms were incredibly small, with very little space to move around. The landline was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi available during our stay. Additionally, the room lacked sufficient lighting and natural sunlight, making it feel a bit gloomy. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located outside the city, which means there’s nothing nearby, so it’s not very convenient if you’re looking for easy access to attractions or amenities. We booked our stay with breakfast and dinner included, but the food options were extremely limited. For breakfast, the only items available were sheera and sandwiches with bread and butter – not what we expected for a full meal. Also, instead of fresh juice, they served pre-made, crushed juice, which was disappointing. To top it off, the hotel charged us for serving milk to our 2-year-old daughter, even though children under 2 were supposed to eat for free. This was an unexpected and frustrating charge. Overall, while the place has potential with its aesthetic theme, the lack of amenities, limited food options, and inconvenience of its location made this stay less than ideal.

Poor Stay
Service is slow bathroom fittings not working we became late for check out reception is responing they said reception is starting after 9 so we have call restaurant we requested for room change but there was no response very terrible experience worst resort l have seen in my 40 year travel experience

Overall fair
Good points is you will get good ambience, good views, neat and clean nice looking room and a water park beside the resort but, bad points are, firstly kerela room was small, secondly breakfast was very bad, hardly 2 dishes, 1. Uncooked mend u wada, 2. Sheera, thirdly they dont allow drinks nearby pool, and it is written in the facilities that they will provide towels nearby pool, but on the spot they denied. Fouthly geyser must be too small, you'll get hot water hardly a minute.

The rooms are pretty small. For the price you pay the breakfast buffet didn’t have any options at all. We just had couple of dishes. Overall not worth the price you are asked to pay

Horrible experience
familyThe main thing is that hot water is not working in this place. What is the use of all theme based place. Food quality was the worst. Not at all recommended for anybody.

Serene ambiance and a good property!
Booked 3 types of rooms, assam, maharashtra and arabian. Well planned property! great stay in dido regaalo. The owner mr. M hap was personally involved in supervision and ensured a smooth stay and wonderful experience. Also has a waterpark right besides. Unique experience with the themed rooms! definitely worth a visit.

Average Stay
Interior was awesome, nice concept homes but many drawbacks like too much noise of water park songs at weekends and heavy vehicles horns at night. Lack of staff, available menu and room service. They don’t even provide towels at swimming pool. We were only 3 guests at resort and they dont even light up lan lights. No indoor games available. I guess they have many more things to develop.

Good Stay
We stayed at kerala and gujarat themed rooms. Nice place. Lunch and dinner options are nice but not the breakfast buffet. The buffet not at all good. The buffet could be better with better options. The restaurant staff was very friendly. If you have a special request they would make it for you
