Team was not polite and didn’t give a priority to the rooms rather, business was a main focus. They had a big group coming in restaurant for a party in the rooftop restaurant. To accommodate them, they refused me to serve in restaurant and asked to order from room. This was very bad behaviour as I had booked for that restaurant only. Rest experience was okay.

I had a great time at this Elite boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They always had a smile and made sure I felt welcome. The service was excellent—everything was done quickly and with care. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed

I had a great stay during my trip to Pune and Satara. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Dirty rooms, dirty linen, poor service and worst ever breakfast offering sums up the experience spending one night in this property. Although location bang on pune kolhapur highway is very convenient for travelers looking for a night halt, if you are looking for a clean and relaxing experience, this is not for you. When complained about dirty room, front desk simply offered to change the room. No apology, no explanation. Asked for toilet roll. Never got it. Although breakfast was included in the tariff, what you can order is only one plate of poha or upama or shira. You can get only one cup of tea. When asked for one more cup of tea, they simply refused. Staff was not rude but helpless due to strange rules set by property owners.

Okay, but there is no refrigerator, no tissues provided, the kettle is broken. I wish there was a refrigerator that would be better.

Very poor service. The sheets were not fresh and looked like they hadn't been changed. No dental kit provided and they used rains as an excuse. No porter on admission. Like abroad but other facilities were pathetic.

Subject: unacceptable stay at elite banquet - booking - refund requested dear team, i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel elite boitueq satara on 22 nd may 23rd checkout. I had booked an ac room with the expectation of a comfortable stay, especially considering the summer heat. However, upon arrival, i was appalled to discover that the ac in the room was malfunctioning. This issue persisted even after i was switched to a different room. Not only did neither room have functioning ac, but the ceiling fan was also sluggish and barely provided any relief. To make matters worse, the table fan they offered as a temporary solution didn't even have a power outlet, and there was no inverter backup for the entire night. Despite repeated complaints, the hotel management completely disregarded our concerns. This blatant negligence left us with no choice but to endure a sweltering night, completely ruining our stay. Furthermore, we were charged for breakfast that was supposedly included in our booking. This adds insult to injury, considering the overall experience. This experience falls far below the standards i expect. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. The discomfort and frustration we faced due to the malfunctioning ac, inadequate fans, lack of power, and unresponsive management is unacceptable. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution. I have attached photos/ (if applicable) as evidence of the malfunctioning ac and room conditions. The worst experience is the rooms are not as seen in the photos, the staff service is poor. The ac in the room was not working so i had to leave the room in the evening.

There were mosquitoes 🦟 everywhere in the room, restaurant,no precaution taken inspite of repeated intimation,TV not working in the room,rooms not clean & upto the mark,not being attended on time

Checked into the hotel with an impression it is Sayaji chain of hotels but it has no connection whatsoever and tariffs are as high as original Sayaji chain.

Beautiful service and location. But rooms are too small for the price you pay

Hotel is average but rooms are good for one night stay. No additional facilities in Hotel.

The Hotel is easily accessible and clean ambience.
