This hotel stay was terrible! In the morning, no hotel water! No morning Tea/coffee arrangement! What a shame. It was my worst stay in this hotel. Do not show, this type of hotels in future. Please share my experiences to all guests.

Very Bad hotel
Hotel location was good but no arrangement for tea or coffee in the morning. No hot water till 8am Do not suggest these hotels to me, please.

Property maintenance and cleanliness issue
groupWe had 3 rooms and in one of the room there was heavy leakage ( including ice blocks) from ac which drenched silk saree which was wearer for marriage ceremony and we had savior inconvenience the staff had very cold reception for the event happened they had no concern the acs used are of mitashi brand other than this we had issue for overall cleanliness and mosquitoes

Poor Stay
Ac is not working properly and mosquito are terribly bites, bedsheets look like not change but morning breakfast is very good. Other amenities are ok.

Clean room
Rooms were clean, but no room service, we are pure vegetarian so can't say about the food experience. But the pure veg restaurant mithila is nearby so we did not face any problem with pure vegetarian food. Overall a good stay

Poor in cleanliness but staff is good
Stayed for two nights and had one breakfast there. There was no drinking water in the room, no bathing soap + towels so had to ask for it. Cleanliness was poor, pillow covers were dirty. Bedsheets, blankets were dirty. Bathroom was clean.

Average Stay
Room was good and hospitality was also good. Few concerns are there, intercom was not working and wifi also not working. Restaturant was also under maintainable. These things should inform to customers before booking.
