I had initially booked 3 AC rooms for 2 nights (from 1st June to 3rd June) and. Later, I modified the booking to extend my stay by one additional day—from 31st May to 3rd June—and paid an additional as prompted by your system.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the rooms were now listed as non-AC, despite my having paid for AC rooms throughout. The hotel staff is asking for extra payment to access AC facilities, citing that the booking reflects non-AC rooms.
This is extremely disappointing, especially considering:
• I was not informed of any change in room type during the modification process.
• The total amount I paid matches the pricing of AC rooms, not non-AC rooms.
I request your urgent intervention to:
1. Coordinate with the hotel staff and ensure I am provided with the AC rooms I paid for, OR
2. Refund the difference between AC and non-AC room charges and ensure that I am only charged the genuine amount for a non-AC stay.
Please treat this matter as urgent, as I am currently facing inconvenience at the property.
