They were given a very small room.

Denied Stay after Booking stating all rooms booked.. I will never book online again especially with MakeMyTrip.

Hi the location was prime, hotel staff was helpful and caring hotel exterior was average hotel lobby was average hotel room interior was average bed sheets were having some oil stains pillow cover was yellow patch hotel stay was average breakfast timing was little late 8. 30 am hot water or shower was available only in the morning overall experience average.

We are denied by hotel for check inn, we have to stay in other hotel with higher terrif, we are going to file case in consumer court

Rooms are so old type interior and furniture, bathroom fitting also old and not proper working overall room ambiance is so poor.

Room was completely with spider webs no cleaning at all on walls. Bad odour. Tv was not working had call service no no one came to resolve it. Water was given in broken pot and was very dirty. Towels were having stain. Will never ever plan to stay in safari asia. I Room no 104

Sharing my experience based on my 3 days stay without food (only breakfast) breakfast - only single option everyday ( day 1, poha, day 2 upma. Only till 10am, post they will not provide you) no complimentary tea in the evening hot water only till 11am shower not in working condition ( just for show) no lights in lobby post 11pm. For lunch/dinner- you can get a better option nearby this hotel (thali food veg/non veg)

The room was nice, the staff was extremely cooperative and most of all the food was amazing. I would love to visit there in future as well. Overall totally satisfied with my stay.

It is located in central place of ratnagiri. It is surrounded by medical shop, restaurant, general stores. It is very close to salvo bus stop.

My tour plan was totally ruined by this hotel. The food was worst and much costlier. They were serving last nights food for next days breakfast! Total waste of 10k for a single night. But the rooms were good to stay. Please don't expect hot water in rooms

I was in search of a budget hotel in Ratnagiri. When I searched, I found this one on. MMT. Others were there but their services or location was bad according to reviews. I then decided to go for this one. From that time I have booed this hotel 6 times now. For me Ratnagiri = Safari Asia.
